I ordered a Philadelphia Burrito and Dynamite Roll. When I tried the first bite I was surprised by the freshness and how tasty it was. I haven't had such delicious sushi in many years. 100% recommended! The man who served was very kind. From now on it will become one of my favorite food places.

This guy is working sushi miracles from the confines of a humble (but cute & clean) food truck. I live about a mile away from the Ala-Carts food cart pod. Easily walkable. Yet I never went there... A few months ago I had a hankerin' for good sushi & Googled "Sushi near me"... What showed up? You guessed it. Chapter 1.But sushi from a food truck?? I'm sure it *could* be good, but *would* it? So I did what any red-blooded earthling would do -- I read the reviews. And they were stellar. I was sold. So I put on my trusty backpack, grabbed my smokes (yes, I know. I'm cutting back & trying to quit in the near future), and headed out the door of my luxurious 500 sq ft studio apartment.I got to the food pod and approached Chapter 1's sleek, aluminum facade. The man in the window (who I assume is the owner, as he's the only person I've ever seen there - and I've been there like seven times now), instilled instant confidence. I knew my order already, having studied a zoomed-in menu image shared by a previous reviewer.Spicy tuna roll. Unagi Nigiri (that's eel. C'mon. You knew that). I picked a spot at a picnic table & watched the people and pigeons. Two flocks. The latter more interesting. Then the Sushi Dude called out that my order was ready. Having claimed my bag of fish-goodness and returned to my seat, I readied my soy sauce/wasabi mixture while I studied the sushi in the opened box. It looked good. Really good.I tore into the spicy tuna roll, analyzing each bite. The fish was fresh and delicious. The veggies were as crisp as an Autumn day. The avocado was perfectly creamy. The drizzle of spicy mayo was like a winding road that beckoned me, saying "I'm delicious, Jack. Continue eating me."Could I be losing my mind?!? Is this spicy tuna roll from a food truck better than some I've had at fancy, sit-down restaurants?? And could this Unagi, glazed with delicious sauce, be so divine?Yes, my friend -- YES!! If you live anywhere in the vicinity & you're looking for legit ???? at a super reasonable price, you MUST go to Chapter 1 Sushi.Vegetarian options: Veggie Roll

The BEST poke bowls!! Everything is super fresh and delicious. I can't figure out what kind of sauce they put on that rice but I could eat an entire bucket. The salmon is superb. I've been back weekly since I discovered it ;)
