This place is horrible very bad service rude two Mexican workers food doesn’t look like the picture what waste of money

Just look at my picture. That's what the Old School Philly looks like on their menu vs what I got in real life. Just disgusting and disappointing. Would never recommend or go back.

HORRIBLE! Avoid at any cost this place!!! We came so hungry and excited to eat the Old School Cheesesteake, it looked so delicious on the picture, but in the reality it’s a disappointment. I found a skin of onions🤢 We spent 40$ for 2 large portions, 4 mozzarella sticks and large coke. Ended up throwing away the rest of the food. What a disappointment. I’m still feeling 🤮 after I’ve eaten this. Do not buy from this place‼️‼️I wish I could‘ve read the reviews before ordering…

Horrible service. The lady who took my order Xiaomin, extremely rude. I requested a large drink and she gave me a small one, charged me for a small one; however, I was going to pay the difference and she just turned her back on me. When I received the wings, barely any sauce and I had to request for more, but all the employees in a very bad mood.

I recently visited Charleys Cheesesteaks at Washington Square Mall, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered the chicken wings, which looked nothing like the pictures on the menu. The wings I received were poorly prepared, most of the wings were barely covered in meat, and what little meat was there was dry and difficult to eat. To make matters worse, one of the pieces was just the tip of a wing, completely inedible, as you can see in the picture I’ve included.

Out of the entire order, I was only able to eat about one and a half wings before discarding the rest. The fries, to their credit, were fresh and enjoyable, but they didn’t make up for the poor quality of the wings.

I considered asking for a refund or having the order remade, but after standing at the counter for several minutes, I wasn’t even acknowledged by the staff. Given that it’s December and the mall is busy, I tried to be understanding, but I still expected to receive edible food and at least some level of customer service. Unfortunately, this experience fell short on both counts.

I wouldn’t recommend the wings at this location, and I hope the management takes steps to improve both their food quality and their service.

Today I was walking around Washington Square and I was hungry. Look at a CHARLEYS in the photo. They had some very tasty menus, so I decided to order some wins when they gave it to me. It had nothing to do with the photo, and the very hard, dry wings I don't recommend at all.

So i found a new item on their menu today, their PHILLY RAW STEAK with rationed lettuce, tomato and next to nothing of mayo, I could literally spit on the bread and it would have been more than the mayo applied.

Undercooked steak, dry overpriced, fries were not cooked all the way. Will not be spending another dollar at this location.

Whats going on with this place.. i eat at Charleys a lot but this branch SUCKS.. Customer service is bad.. not the lady cooking tho.. the guy at the register…. They run out of veggies.. no seasoning.. he didn’t give me my water.. the potatoes were undercooked.. overall this BRANCH store IS BAD.. so sad this chain restaurant doesn’t keep up with their standards.. on these branch.. give these employees better training or hire people who actually wants to work there..

They tried to fold my sandwich into the box by rolling the edges up, instead of placing it side by side. I ended up with a sandwich that was inedible, my ultimate fries had very little bacon and ranch no cheese.

Wings look nothing like the photo… and so tiny! Quality of the food and ranch is extremely low. Cafeteria food.

We went to Washington square today and decided to get a snack before we head home since we have young kids. We saw Charley’s and the ultimate fries and were sold, note I’ve never been here. We went up to the counter and at first no one was helping us so we tried to use the kiosk. The kiosk wasn’t giving me the same price as the menu so we decided to go up to the cashier. Well.. she was the most RUDE person ive ever encountered. i got up there and said Hi… nothing back. Told her what I want and on the menu she laughed and said she doesn’t know what I’m talking about so she did things individually. Okay not too bad but she then asked what i wanted to drink and I accident said just soda because I saw they had lemonade and others and didn’t even click for me, her response was “yeah so which one and points to the soda, mind you your stickers are falling off of the soda machine to know what to get so I had to scramble to look at the sodas and could tell she was getting irritated. I told her that the price should be cheaper for what i wanted and she rolled her eyes and got another guy and no kidding HE ROLLED HIS EYES. I finally said “you both are rude I’m not ordering anything” and she followed that by laughing and said NEXT. So no never will i try your food even if it’s the last thing to eat on this planet.

Used to love this place for years, but can’t recommend it anymore. They replaced the sandwich bread with hot dog buns, and the filling doesn’t even fit. Everything somehow seems to be lower quality and lesser amount too. Sadly recommend that you not bother with this place.

It’s a shame, because this was one of the only places outside of downtown Portland where you can get a cheesesteak.
