Food does not get even close to what is advertised on the menu pictures. Philly sandwich looked more like a hotdog bun with some meat and cheese in it. Tasted like somebody had just boiled the meat and melted cheese on it.

Extremely disappointing food - definitely NOT like the pictures- it was a little meat on a hot dog bun with sloppy cheese.

By far one of the absolute WORST sandwiches I've had in longer than I can remember. The break AND steak was about as bland and unflavored as you could possibly get. 100% worth the $11 for it and fries. The $3 roller hot dogs I get at the gas station are gourmet meal compared to this sad excuse for a sandwich. I'll never waste money here again.

Food never made it to me. I believe the delivery driver left it outside and the only evidence was the ring left by the soda. Never attempted to call me or use my access code. I want a refund or replacement

What an awful restaurant. Service was poor. Food was absolutely gross. Even the soda machine's soda was terrible. Don't eat here. It is a waste of money. Lots of other options in the food court. Hell, Subway is empty and their food would be 100 times better than this.

HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a combo with a drink, and I asked to switch my drink to lemonade. The cashier said yes but told me I had to pay a little extra, but they charged me the regular price of lemonade and didn’t give me the drink that was supposed to come with the combo. I asked them to fix it, and the manager said they don’t switch the drink. They should’ve told me from the start. After I told them, the manager rolled her eyes at me and said “What do you want now?” I was so taken back at that comment, wish I could put 0 stars instead of one.

I wish I took photos of my raw chicken but I was too upset to even think about taking a photo. Customer service was great, but the food was trash. Hardly ANY dry rub Cajun seasoning on the chicken wing’s & teriyaki flavor was terrible. It did not taste like teriyaki flavor at all. When my chicken came out it was huge chicken wings (which I was impressed about) then when I opened my wings up it was straight up raw on multiple drumsticks. Probably because they were huge so they needed to be cooked longer. Anyways told the front cashier and was given a new order BUT I was very disappointed afterwards because it ended up being very small (ALL) drum sticks and 2 wings only. I ordered 10 wings combo. & how is it that combo meals does not come with a drink? I had to order a drink separately. Anyways my point is flavor of the chicken was 0/10. I threw the the food away. Waste of money, best to eat next door Panda Express.

I love Charley’s their sandwiches never disappoint. However employees can be kinda careless of the customer and sometimes their loaded fries taste like mold..

Just look at my picture. That's what the Old School Philly looks like on their menu vs what I got in real life. Just disgusting and disappointing. Would never recommend or go back.

HORRIBLE! Avoid at any cost this place!!! We came so hungry and excited to eat the Old School Cheesesteake, it looked so delicious on the picture, but in the reality it’s a disappointment. I found a skin of onions🤢 We spent 40$ for 2 large portions, 4 mozzarella sticks and large coke. Ended up throwing away the rest of the food. What a disappointment. I’m still feeling 🤮 after I’ve eaten this. Do not buy from this place‼️‼️I wish I could‘ve read the reviews before ordering…

Horrible service. The lady who took my order Xiaomin, extremely rude. I requested a large drink and she gave me a small one, charged me for a small one; however, I was going to pay the difference and she just turned her back on me. When I received the wings, barely any sauce and I had to request for more, but all the employees in a very bad mood.
