The lady who rang us up was not helpful or friendly and refused to do jalapeños on half like really how hard is it I was trying to share with a toddler thanks!
The portions were not right compared to other charley’s and we ordered a Large fry we 1000% were given a regular size!

I had lunch today at Charleys Cheesesteaks in the Washington Square Mall, as I often do.
Had the Cheesesteak combo meal, which was fresh, hot and delicious. Quality ingredients make for good health.
The service was fast, highly-skilled, and professional. Really excellent.
A full five stars for this restaurant, certainly. Six stars, really.

This was the most expensive tasteless philly combo I ever had. Even the cheese sauce dosen't tast like anything. Really poor customer service. Avoid this place at any cost

The tablet to order is broken and the employee ignores the customer this experience made me leave and I don't think I will go back to another Charlie's until humans can take my order.

Charleys Cheesesteaks is really good and tasty. I did get it once while I was there. The last time they cut it in half if you get a whole one which makes it easier to share. I forgot which one I got, but it was really good.

Food does not get even close to what is advertised on the menu pictures. Philly sandwich looked more like a hotdog bun with some meat and cheese in it. Tasted like somebody had just boiled the meat and melted cheese on it.

Extremely disappointing food - definitely NOT like the pictures- it was a little meat on a hot dog bun with sloppy cheese.

By far one of the absolute WORST sandwiches I've had in longer than I can remember. The break AND steak was about as bland and unflavored as you could possibly get. 100% worth the $11 for it and fries. The $3 roller hot dogs I get at the gas station are gourmet meal compared to this sad excuse for a sandwich. I'll never waste money here again.

Food never made it to me. I believe the delivery driver left it outside and the only evidence was the ring left by the soda. Never attempted to call me or use my access code. I want a refund or replacement
