We saw a beautiful full double rainbow out the window along with Fall color foliage, beautiful. Great service. Tasty seafood. Unfortunately, (Lawry' apparently “lost” my loyalty member profile although have been member for years. Gotta love IT and apps...No, I have not changed my name or phone number)
We don't come here very often. It's out of the way for us. But the view is always great. The service was great and the food was good. Prices, well every where you go is expensive now. But with a tip for brunch for 4 people was $123. We will go again for a special occasion.
We had a birthday dinner in the room just left to the entrance. Six of us sat at the table next to the window with a view, of course. The wine was excellent, and the food was outstanding. One had the prime rib, another had the miso black cod that was super delicious, and another had the seafood bouillabaisse which I will order the next time because that sauce was most delicious. All the diners were very satisfied with their dish. And of course we ended the evening with mini lava cake. It was a wonderful birthday party and dinner. I highly recommend the Chart House. They do not disappoint. We have had many birthdays and special occasions as well there.
Great time at this spot that's kind of hidden and tucked away. Went at 1p on a Monday holiday which was great because it wasn't crowded in the least. The food was tasty but the view was incredible. Portland in the Fall is gorgeous and it was a cool, crisp, and clear day. Made it out with drinks, apps, and entrées for $70 + tip. A little pricey for lunch but a good value. Would definitely come again.
The food was outstanding. Everything that everyone got was cooked to perfection. Service was outstanding. The atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. Overall great experience!
This was a disappointing dining experience. Our waiter was inattentive and when he was with us he seemed rushed. Even though he offered us bread before our meal it had not shown up when our food arrived so we we had to ask the server to bring it to us. I was only given a butter knife for cutting my prime rib and my wife's fish wasn't that good. We did have a beautiful view.
Excellent food and view. Service was a little slow because it was a very busy Friday night but otherwise, everything was good.
Excellent overall. The only dish that was under the expectation was the lava cake, overbooked and dry.
Anneversary dinner. Beautiful view at sunset/moonrise. Good food, great service! Salmon was better than the crab stuffed sole. The sole was chewy on the outer ring and a bit mushy in the center. Crab stuffing not very flavorful. Lava cake for dinner was great!
Our favorite place to celebrate special occasions - love the mini lava cake - outstanding view rain or shine!

Excellent service and delicious food!! We always have a great experience at The Chart House!
Excellent! Food, view, service staff & view! Great server.. catered to our kids and enhanced the whole experience!
I was expecting better food for that overall and very escalating reviews. Not impressed at all
For what I paid for my food, it was not good at all, the Ahi was very dry/overcooked plus I had send my Asparagus back account it was undercooked! Very disappointed in my food experience for the first time since I have been going to this establishment!
Took friends from out of town and they couldn't believe the view. We all loved our meals. Servers were so friendly and conscientious.
