Sat down new years day took 15 minutes before contact order my drink 10 minutes later drink showed up bar is empty. Ordered food waitress left came back asked for a card told her paying with cash she said she had to have a card that's weird. Give her the card my food comes 10 minutes later she interrupts me eating to make me close out because she leaving. So I gotta pay and tip before I even know the meal is satisfactory crazy. Never offered refill for my drink great way to start the year last visit for me live in the neighborhood worse service ever

I’ve been in several times now and wanted to leave feedback based on a pattern, not a single visit. The prices are fair, the atmosphere is genuinely nice, and this place has everything it needs to be great.
The consistent issue has been service flow. On most visits ( I go at 4-6 pm on weekdays so its slow ) it takes around 10-20 minutes to get a first drink, and after that it’s very common to be left with an empty glass for 15–45 minutes. Food is rarely mentioned unlike other bars where when you get there they ask both what to drink or / and food. Out of five visits it’s only been proactively brought up once. One night I had to ask four separate times just to get a food menu, and that same night I sat with an empty drink for about 45 minutes, again this isnt 11pm and packed its 5pm and I'm one of 5-7 total patrons.
This doesn’t feel like staff being slammed, it feels more like a lack of proactive check-ins. From a customer perspective, it comes across as disengaged rather than busy. A quick “can I get you another?” or “do you want to see the food menu?” would easily bump sales.
I usually stay 2–3 hours when I come in and fully intended to spend more, probably 50% more each visit, but it’s hard to do that when service drops off. If the model is primarily catering to regulars, that’s fine too, and I hope business is strong. But if not, a little more consistency and awareness would go a long way.
I want this place to do better, because the issues feel very fixable.

I always have a good time here. It's a bar you can actually mingle at, which I don't find often in Portland. The regulars are great, and there is always a mix of types of people. Lots of college kids, but not always, and they're usually good ones. Awesome karaoke, awesome KJ's. They have karaoke Thurs-Sat. Every night is unique!

My friend was playing video poker here and someone stole his bag right off the back of the chair he was sitting at...... so the atmosphere sucks. You gotta be on your toes when you come here. Lots of shady people. The couple that stole from him looked to be homeless. Probably there spending a dollar they found on the street.

Cool spot. Buffalo Bills bar. Not a big fan of having g to down load an app to order and pay. Double Pendleton & coke, in a short glass was $18. 😳 its like being at a NFL game. 🤣

Love Love LOVE this place! Aside from a very rude DJ the place rocked. Hannah definitely was amazing to our group, had it not been for her and her amazing customer service, it wouldn't have been a good night. Amy is so very kind and generous, I wish we lived closer, we 100% support her. She's someone who stands up for what's absolutely right and doesn't back down to ignorance. 5 stars girls!

Look, I know the reputation this place has, but I decided to give them a try anyways.
The food is bad. The prices are bad. The service is bad. Even the owner sucks. Hell, as dirty as the place is, I'm genuinely shocked that they've managed to pass their health inspections.
If you DO decide to go here for some reason? Please, PLEASE make sure you keep an eye on your drinks, keep them covered if possible, and make sure you bring people that you trust that can keep an eye on you while you're there.
