The owners are super cool people. We drove her from Kalama and it was totally worth it. If you're trying to choose what food truck to eat at, eat here. We had dinner reservations at studio one and there was NO SERVICE so we left.
Ok now, this was as close to my own homemade as I have tasted in 50 years! Not to boast, but that's a compliment! I won the Culinary Olympics in 1984 for Lobster Wellington. Had some beefy dip sandwich while waiting. Good, but nothing like the Mac and Cheese we waited for, to go. Know what I appreciated? The fact that he made everything from scratch while we waited. The food was good but the service and small touches were even better. I believe it was the owner that served us. He was kind to my 3 year old and even gave my husband tic-tacs to go with his sauerkraut sandwich. Adorable
