Appetizers only to go bummer I really need to find good Chinese food. Damn racists in this town have harassed Asian businesses so badly. Many businesses have closed for good

The food is just ok. WAAAAAY too expensive for mediocre Chinese food. Get real with your prices. This is North Portland not Manhattan.

First off, let's be clear, this is Americanized Chinese food, so for all those rating it as "not authentic", it's not suppose to be.
That said, I ordered something like 15 dishes for a party I had and everyone loved the food (and being Chinese myself and having friends who have visited China, we understand the difference), and one person even commented that she had Ma Po Tofu before, but always hated it until now.
Everything was great and nice portions (they didn't sacrifice quality for portion size, it was just right) sizes.
They even gave us a free egg drop soup and free toys for our big order!
Great service and food, and we'll definitely return again!

Nice, seemingly family run restaurant
Chef Zhao is our go to for Chinese take out - the best in north PDX. Everything has always been cooked well, hot, fresh, and decently priced.

Great Chinese food, clean establishment, and restrooms. My family loved every dish we ordered. The food was delicious and very flavorful. Highly recommended if you're in the area and craving Chinese food.

Went with a group and ordered the family meal special. It was hit and miss with the dishes. Lots of filler with little meat in the dishes. Seasoning was non-existent. $16 each for 5 people isn't bad when it includes appetizers, soup, main dishes, rice, and a desert. Really missed the flavor consistency to make it a home run.
Parking: Park off Lombard on side streets for the win!!!!

The place was empty on a Sunday afternoon, but clean and smelled good. Service was attentive and efficient. I got some spicy shrimp soup with house made noodles. The soup was excellent, fresh and a gigantic portion. I had to take half of it to go with me. The only bummer was they were out of beer (?)

We had a delicious lunch, the combo meal "D", and it was fantastic. It was quick and hot. The egg rolls are the best I've ever had!! Highly recommend going here.

I don't know if this is authentic or not. They ask way too much for the quality of food that you actually get. Online prices in actual prices don't line up
