Chelo is such a special place. The food is ASTONISHINGLY good. So fresh, so full of seasonal produce, and in surprising combinations too. You absolutely cannot sleep on dessert either as Chef Luna is really a genius at pastry.
We happened upon Chelo when our Italian restaurant pick had too long of a wait for our show plans. Chelo accommodated our party of 6 with ease. Everything was absolutely incredible! The food was so fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. We had oysters, carne asada, and the Brussels sprouts — all to die for. Every bite tasted homemade and carefully prepared.

This place was the perfect spot for a date. Casual upscale restaurant, with some of the best food we have had in a long time. Lots of unique food options, that were put together wonderfully. We made a reservation, and I believe everyone else that showed up after us had also made reservations.
