Y'all, if you haven't checked out Chess Tacos, you are seriously missing out on some mind blowing food. Everything I've had in their menu has been top notch! Today, I had their new breakfast burrito. Hands down the BEST Bessie burrito I've ever had. The flavor profile is on point! A mix of grilled and smokey flavors. Bacon and Mexican Chorizo, and the chorizo wasn't over powering. You can not go wrong. I promise it'll be the best breakfast burrito you've ever had. (Don't tell Abuelita, you might hurt her feelings it's that good)
Go visit Cesar and his crew. Tell him you saw Tony's review. I don't get anything for it, but I promise you'll like the team and the food even more. 1000% the best food cart around and the best prices.

Food was great service was friendly. Got the birria tacos. Very fresh and good portions. The truck/shop is in a warehouse district and you won’t see it until you are on top of it. There are about 4-5 barstools with table ledge to eat at. Enjoy!

Chess Tacos rocks! I discovered this place accidentally because my kids go to the dojo next door. So glad I did. Literally my favorite al pastor tacos in the whole world. The pineapple chunks send it right over the top. Everything else I've tried has been delicious, too. And the guy that runs the place is a genuinely awesome human being. Check them out.
The burrito was to die for, and they made sure to stuff it. Worth the price and will come back again soon.

We are from out of town and were looking for a casual lunch on a beautiful day. The good reviews made us want to try this place and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the customer service was phenomenal. We had Birria tacos and a chicken burrito. The chips were the star of the show - so good!! The sauces were also quite tasty. I had a jalapeño salsa and an avocado one.
There are a couple of picnic tables and a counter area to sit at but I think most people take their food to go. Clearly they have a lot of regulars on a first name basis.

Don't let the location fool you! This small Mexican cart is located in an industrial area, mostly surrounded by custom manufacturers. But man, some of the best street tacos I've had in a long time!!! Open early enough to grab a quick breakfast after the gym, before work, which is perfect! Highly recommend the fish tacos if they have them 🌮 Mango habenero salsa was delicious!
