Dinner @ Chez Jose Thursday evening 11/13. Not busy,ok with us. Instant seating, instant service by Bob(aka Paul Giamatta). Food was excellent, no hovering, Bob was available when needed. Margaritas perfect, Squash enchiladas, salad and rib and beans appetizer so tasty. Been eating there since they opened!

Do not come here if you are expecting Mexican food lol. Chimichanga was essentially chicken parm and the chicken tacos MAYBE had pepper on them… nothing else. Nice people though. Warm salsa was good.

Used to be our favorite restaurant but what happened to the warm salsa, chunks of onion in the cold salsa and items with goat cheese. Plus my college age kids would rather go somewhere else because of the fajitas. We’ve been going since the kids were little. Bummer
Why change what people loved? Lines & waiting while having a margarita. Miss it!

We have come here for years primarily to enjoy the goat cheese Quesadilla - we are VERY disappointed it has been taken off an otherwise fine menu… our server Matt A has always been excellent and the meal was good but we urge you to restore the unique and delicious goat cheese quesadilla!
Based on the website we had hopes that this would be a cut above the usual Mexican place. Nope. Nothing wrong with the food but Just the same old same old. Good service.
