A total hidden gem. It is not this little places fault the Lloyd Center is struggling. Food was really good and reasonably priced.
Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator was right by the location

The food looked okay. It was kinda chewy. There's no telling how long it was there with few people going by to buy things. The worker there was hard to communicate with. Oh and the pop was really flat !! The atmosphere was that of a mall food court that is a mere shadow of it's former self unfortunately :(

Just had a great experience here. I don't understand all the hate. The older person working there seemed like a nice guy and the food was good. We'll be back.

Worst customer service I've received in my life

One of the worse customer service i’ve ever experienced the lady and the kid woulnt even bother moving their lips to talk, and all they would do is have attitude. the kid wouldn’t even listen el since he had his airpods in, he couldn’t get nothing right because he had his airpods. food was 2/10 just because they had a lot of variety but the taste was so bad it seemed like i could get food poisoning from it. Worst experience ever dont recommend it at all.

One of my favorite food places in Portland. I eat here whenever I am at the mall and order the "two chicken plate" with noodles. The general tso chicken is fantastic.

The female Asian employee has a very bad attitude. It can be seen that she really doesn't like her job. Very impatient

Chicken Connection is located on the third floor of the Lloyd Center shopping mall. It's sort of like a small Panda Express feeling. I heard many good things about it and many bad things as well. The prices For the dishes are reasonable. Customer service is okay.
Vegetarian options: Not really, that much options.
Parking: Lots of parking
Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of wheelchair accessibility.

I live near the aères and go here often. The male cashier can be a bit quiet sometimes but I personally haven’t had a bad times here. (I have read many reviews complaining about him, but you truly do never know what’s going on with someone else, but I am not using that as an excuse for others poor service) The noodles can be greasy, but besides that the chicken is really crunchy and I love the flavor. All the times I’ve been here they have stuffed my plate. It’s on the third level of the Lloyd center which is nice because it’s so quiet and you can sort of just be alone, compared to how crowded downstairs is. I’ve always gotten the two plate option ($13) and with water it’s ($15). I would recommend the lemon chicken and general chicken.

The customer service was terrible even though they were not even busy, and I was the only person there. He hardly communicated in what I wanted. Overall, terrible customer service. Will never return.
The man messed up my plate completely. I paid for half and half and he gave me lots of rice and little noodles and there hard. Like y’all need to do

5 minutes ago I stopped by to place an order. Right before ordering I asked if I could sample the chicken dish. The gentleman working behind the counter rudely answered "no sampling". Really odd service. The worst I have ever encountered in the Lloyd Center Food Court (or what remains of it). And I have lived in PDX for 36 years. Quite shameful.
