Food here is great! Portions are pretty large for the price. The customer service just doesn’t warrant a 1 star review and just speaks for the authenticity of the place 😭.

Super moist chicken with great noodles. Ignore all the reviews about bad customer service, she just real like that.

I unfortunately didn't take a picture of the food itself, so decided to include a copy of my digital receipt. I can say that my partner and I decided to give this place a try inside the Lloyd Center food court because we happened to be there, were hungry for some teriyaki, and the food actually smelled and looked quite appetizing! So, definitely points for that.
Portion sizes were standard, but we were a little disappointed that an entree didn't come standard with a side veggie, though it appeared you could ask for half-veggie/half-carb (noodle or rice). As far as entree choices, we tried the Honey Glazed Chicken, General Tso's Chicken, and the Pepper Chicken. The Honey Glazed Chicken was okay, but the least flavorful and our least favorite of the three. It was good if you like a simple, grilled/sauteed type chicken entree. The General Tso's Chicken was our favorite. It was deep fried in a light batter, and tossed in a very red, sweet and slightly spicy sauce, with a few dried chili peppers. The Pepper Chicken was also quite good. It was a simple grilled style, tossed in a thinner brown pepper sauce, with a few veggies and jalapeno slices. I enjoyed this one, but paired the jalapenos with the General Tso's Chicken! Each entree was well cooked; juicy and not dried out.
We had these entrees paired with there noodle and mixed veggies. The noodles were clearly spaghetti noodles instead of traditional egg-based or yakisoba noodles, tossed with a few veggies, and the taste was fine. The mixed veggies was mostly cabbage, tender and not overcooked, with minimal seasoning; also fine.
Overall, we decided to rank this teriyaki place to be mid for the price. We wouldn't go back if we're craving teriyaki, but might stop in for a quick bite again if we're in Lloyd Center as we were. The gentleman working there was also pleasant and professional.

Delicious, generous portions and nice service. Try the pepper chicken (if you like spicy food), it reminds me of home. Mall Chinese food is a key staple in my life.
We showed up late but they offered to make us a fresh batch of fried rice if we wanted, and split dishes and gave extra when they were low on something.

A total hidden gem. It is not this little places fault the Lloyd Center is struggling. Food was really good and reasonably priced.

Eats !

The food looked okay. It was kinda chewy. There's no telling how long it was there with few people going by to buy things. The worker there was hard to communicate with. Oh and the pop was really flat !! The atmosphere was that of a mall food court that is a mere shadow of it's former self unfortunately :(

Just had a great experience here. I don't understand all the hate. The older person working there seemed like a nice guy and the food was good. We'll be back.

One of the worse customer service i’ve ever experienced the lady and the kid woulnt even bother moving their lips to talk, and all they would do is have attitude. the kid wouldn’t even listen el since he had his airpods in, he couldn’t get nothing right because he had his airpods. food was 2/10 just because they had a lot of variety but the taste was so bad it seemed like i could get food poisoning from it. Worst experience ever dont recommend it at all.
