We’ve been eating at this restaurant since our kids were little so well over 40 years and today I came by to enjoy a plate of their chicken handmade noodles, which was just outstanding and I asked for a small dish of sweet-and-sour sauce and they bring it and it just adds everything and honestly everybody should come here to this classic Chinese restaurant for these delicious foods. Chin’s Kitchen is only restaurant serving authentic Chinese food from Northeast China(Dongbei) in the whole Portland area. As someone growing up in the same region where the owner and chef are from, I can say with authority as a foodie, the food reminds me of mom’s cooking.
I highly recommend that you guys try it out.

Chin's Kitchen serves excellent food that is highly recommended, particularly the noodle stir fry and orange chicken. The atmosphere is nice, featuring aesthetic and minimal decor, with Chinese cooking shows playing on the TV. The place is clean and beautiful, making it inviting for diners. The servers are quick and friendly, with one server noted for being super accommodating and humorous. The menu offers delicious options, including noodles, dumplings, and beef & broccoli, which can be altered to accommodate special requests. The vegetable stir fried noodle (lo mein) is made with hand-made noodles and features a nice light sauce, while the steamed pork and leek dumplings may be a touch on the saltier side. Customers have also praised the sweet and sour chicken for its dark red and tangy sauce, although some find it inconvenient that rice is sold separately. Overall, Chin's Kitchen is a great spot for groups or takeout orders, and many customers express excitement about returning to try more, especially for the best beef & broccoli in Portland.
