We’ve been eating at this restaurant since our kids were little so well over 40 years and today I came by to enjoy a plate of their chicken handmade noodles, which was just outstanding and I asked for a small dish of sweet-and-sour sauce and they bring it and it just adds everything and honestly everybody should come here to this classic Chinese restaurant for these delicious foods. And very pleasant staff and a beautiful clean environment and affordable one dish, which was about $15 easily served two people and I’m stuffed. I think it’s very important to support independent restaurants in Portland and not just do chain restaurants of course because these independent guys need our participation and frequenting to make their lives continue and this way.
Got the boneless hot wings & garlic combo. Chicken severely lacked salt. Like none at all. Who wants to eat chicken without salt and they failed to make up for that salt content by being super stingy with sauce. The menu pics made the chicken look like wings stop being all sauced up with sesame seeds and green onion garnish.
Bland chicken tasting wings is my experience. Wish I got the service these 5 star reviews got.

This is the best chinese food I’ve ever had! Everything is cooked fresh and is soo flavorful we ordered the chef’s special stir fried noodles, spring roles, and the brazed pork belly everything was cooked to perfection. This is definitely gonna be one of my new spots.

Our food was served minutes after ordering! The Five-Spiced Shredded Tofu, Stir-Fried Garlic Green Beans, and Stir-Fried Vegetarian Noodles (with no oyster sauce) were all flavorful.
OK food. Not in love. A little pricy.

If you desire real authentic delicious northern Chinese food without going out of the country, try Chin's Kitchen. If you don't don't know what to order, you can't go wrong with their dumplings. You can find a YouTube clip about their food. ?. The food tastes like home to me because I grew up in Hong Kong with my grandparents.

Went for the dumplings, but they were really average.
But you can order the three flavors. This is a good review!
I ordered a few dishes and they all tasted good, home-cooked.
But the price/performance ratio is really good
Three dishes and a plate of dumplings cost only 65
