Chipotle Mexican Grill

Around 10 minutes ago my nephew and I went to this Chipotle to get something to eat and the service was good the food was good BUT while we were ordering we noticed that a couple of employees seemed like to be teenagers where out smoking marijuana with others teenagers right on the side of the Main entrance which is a bad example of insanity and bad impression for a place that is serving food by people who is smoking and serving food to the others. I recommend to be careful with your employees because this actions are bad for business I can tell because I worked in the restaurant business and this kind of action are unacceptable.

Today was show your tattoo and buy one get one at chipotle from 3-4.

I got there just after 3 and the line was already wrapped around the whole store. But I was committed and the line moved very quickly.

The staff were all working their butts off. Refilling food, dealing with annoyed customers, and maintaining their cool all the while. I have a lot of experience in the food industry and know how it feels when you’re in the weeds but every employee there was doing great!

Kudos to the staff here for getting through a very difficult shift!

The staff here are great! Always incredibly friendly and they go above and beyond to make the experience nice. I never leave reviews but I felt compelled by their wonderful service. If you’re getting Chipotle go here

My order was completely wrong. Absolutely everything was the opposite of what I ordered online. Im unlikely to ever visit this Chipotle again.

Love this Chipotle!!! The team here is always so kind and helpful! The food is always fresh and the restaurant is always clean. Rhyan is always super helpful for me and wants to make sure my order is exactly how I want it. Rhyan is very kind and patient with me and others, when scanning rewards and only paying for exactly what we owe. The staff is always smiling here and makes the atmosphere nice and fun! I live closer to another Chipotle. Because of the team here, and how the food is cooked and served, I choose to come to this location. Thanks Team 205 Chipotle!

Been here a few times and felt pretty happy about my local chipotle. Went in today and was given half a scoop of chicken and 2 scoops of rice. I was so frustrated i went through my bowl and got all the chicken to count. 20 bit size pieces, thinner and smaller than any chicken breast or thigh ive ever seen. Im mad as hell 😈🤬. I know i heard one of the managers getting on someones case about portion size last time i was in so im guessing this is managers trying to penny pinch and rip off their customers

Had such a great experience at this chipotle! One of the best!!! The restaurant was so clean compared to other locations I’ve been to. This worker made my visit extra special and was super friendly! She was so sweet! Will definitely be coming back!

I can see from across the counter that they're not washing their hands.Their customer service completely sucks.The ladies here are rude.Can somebody please wear gloves. Also, just witnessed a Dasher.Get treated very rude from the customer service representative and also management.
Follow-up still waiting on an email from the field operator don't try to call this location.You'll never talk to somebody. Looks like Derek.They're gonna go down to a 2 star location.Good work people. Quick update. I'm really looking forward to litigation.

I will never order from here again. I received my DoorDash order completely wrong. I ordered two burritos and they gave me chips and beef tacos. I know this was a chipotle issue because the DoorDash driver did his job it said my name and order on the bag but there was a completely different order inside.

Love chipotle!! I came in last week while I was visiting the city and the chicken in my bowl was barely cooked. I literally couldn’t eat it. On top of it, the girl with red hair was very short and rude to me, which initially I had chopped up to her maybe just having a bad day. 20 min later when I noticed my food was inedible & my $15 lunch was a waste, I changed my mind. Biggest bummer of my trip to Portland. Former restaurant GM here also. Usually someone should be taking a temperature of the cooked foods and obviously that didn’t happen to the food items I picked that day, god knows what others. Anyone else who got chicken that day and ate it could definitely have gotten sick. Idk if the fault lies with management, or directly with the red haired girl, but either way do better for your locals. I was only in town for the week, but other people eat here every day, your community. Hope to visit again soon and change my rating.

for the most part, they are pretty friendly at this location but when it comes to food, quality and portions, it’s worth it just to drive to a different location. They really started to lack over the last few months. my order tonight, ( I don’t even know if you would call it an order ) was like six pieces of chicken almost no rice and eight pieces of spinach. My husband’s bowl didn’t even have chicken in it at all when he ordered a chicken bowl!
