Order is always wrong. There is a lack of care with the food handling. Your food will always be cross contaminated with other toppings. I ordered tacos recently found a spoon full of guacamole mixed in my cheese. guacamole was not requested as there is an avocado allergy. I would give less stars if possible .

food wise , this location could do with dialling back the seasoning on the chicken (v salty) but other than that I like this location at lot. The staff are a lot nicer and more professional than a few years back, so whoever is doing the hiring now, Bravo. The overall cleanliness is not the best, but it’s also not the worst. I expect that they have a hard time keeping up because of the high volume of customers here and the out of sight configuration of the drink station.

Today I went in and not only was the portion cut in half, but this is now the 2nd time since they got the new spicy chicken that I have SPECIFICALLY said REGULAR chicken and they give me the spicy one anyways. They need to pay attention or clearly label it since obviously no one can remember which chicken is which.

Food was great. Staff friendly. Bathroom fairly clean. The only negative thing I noticed was that the tables were in need of a wipe down. It was busy so they still got 5 stars. I'll eat here again.

One of the better chipotles I’ve been to across America. Staff is legit, portions are always good (what even is Caleb on about taking pictures of his 6/7ths already ate food then complaining about it?) could def use a deep deep cleaning, have noticed various homeless hanging out inside but that’s more indicative of the lack of will power in Pdx to deal with a social crisis with a firm hand, not on the people that work here.

I had to ask multiple times for a little more of everything on my bowl, definitely cut portions on everything, asked for double steak and paid 5 dollars for nothing but fat and gristle.

Badly mismanaged. I came here about a week ago, 35 minutes before closing. They were out of all meat except sofritos and weren’t going to make any more. Suboptimal, but I got the sofritos and was ready to pay. The woman at the register forgot to charge the customer ahead of me for his guacamole and it took her a few minutes to sort out what to do about that… I think they should have just let him leave. I returned today at 2:30 pm. They had plenty of ingredients at the counter but informed me they are not taking orders because their POS system has been down for over an hour and they don’t know when it will be back up. They wouldn’t even accept cash while the system is down. So all that food is going to waste and I’m leaving hungry.

Burrito place and no one can wrap a burrito? Sells rice but it’s always way over cooked or WAY under cooked. Straight forward menu pricing and you still overcharge customers? Go to Papi Chulos a couple blocks away!

First negative review I’ve ever left. I’ve come to this location several times a month for years despite the rest of my colleagues giving up on it long ago. Chipotle is super affordable, decently healthy and generally has a soda fountain. Over the past three years, this location’s fountain has worked less than 40% of my visits, they have frequently sold me a bowl knowing they are out of forks, their ability to process cards has crashed on numerous occasions and they are very often out of more than one key ingredient. Whoever is managing this place really needs some more training to bring it up to what I’d imagine should be Chipotle’s minimum standard of service.

Bridgette was an incredible server today. Even on a Friday Evening, she had a very lively and helpful attitude and took a lot of care crafting me and my wife’s burrito (which was delicious!). I don’t often got to Chipotle, but this evening was the best customer service I’ve seen in a very very long time.
