The food is ok. There are way better options in Portland, but if you like Chipotle, to each their own. My main gripe is the rice seems consistently undercooked. Slightly crunchy. I used to visit this location occasionally because it was across the street from home. I usually combined the meal with a few alcoholic drinks, which I usually paid for the next day, if you know what I mean. Definitely better than a soggy sandwich or grab and go deli options at a local grocery store. Good enough if you are starving.

The workers here always make me feel like I’m bothering them by showing up. Tonight was the worst with a younger blonde girl making zero effort to be friendly or inviting. I honestly won’t eat the food I got now since I feel like it was made with such distain. They were also out of multiple things I wanted with no apology offered. Oh well, this is what we get for prioritizing cheap food over quality service.

Dirty restaurant, the person who took my order was very polite but he gave 1/2 portions of everything. The food didn't even reach the midway of the bowl. I didn't complain and thanked him! I took my food and left. It's very easy to not throw a fit about little things.The old me would have definitely acted a damn fool. GROWTH 💪🏽🙌🏽

Nice hard working folks but man the bad us economy is making these big companies get stingy. All the Tabasco bottles were empty and there was no salt or pepper shakers or napkins. All meat options were out except for chicken and there was just a half canister and they weren’t firing anything new and it’s only 2pm! My bowl with only chicken rice and guac was $16…. Not to mention I noticed the mobile order station said “No Orders” things are rough!

Placed an order for collection. When I arrived the app told me it was ready but I still had to wait in line for 10 minutes whilst they made other customers their food. Upon getting home I found my three tacos had been mushed into a small ball smaller than the size of a fist and wrapped in tin foil. I was not able to separate them and was left with an ice cold mess of ripped tortilla, rice and beans. I found very little meat in there. I didn't eat it.
Never going back, there are so many better taco places near to here. Why should anybody pay money for this garbage?

Order is always wrong. There is a lack of care with the food handling. Your food will always be cross contaminated with other toppings. I ordered tacos recently found a spoon full of guacamole mixed in my cheese. guacamole was not requested as there is an avocado allergy. I would give less stars if possible .

food wise , this location could do with dialling back the seasoning on the chicken (v salty) but other than that I like this location at lot. The staff are a lot nicer and more professional than a few years back, so whoever is doing the hiring now, Bravo. The overall cleanliness is not the best, but it’s also not the worst. I expect that they have a hard time keeping up because of the high volume of customers here and the out of sight configuration of the drink station.

Today I went in and not only was the portion cut in half, but this is now the 2nd time since they got the new spicy chicken that I have SPECIFICALLY said REGULAR chicken and they give me the spicy one anyways. They need to pay attention or clearly label it since obviously no one can remember which chicken is which.
