Absolute worst Chipotle I’ve visited. Consistency dirty, out of products every time I visit and slow service. Only come out of convenience.

The only thing this place gets right is chips. I hate that I can't pick a different store from the Chipotle app. I spent 30 bucks to get no sides and the most shameful f'n quesadilla I've ever seen. Nuke this place from orbit, the quality is absolutely trash tier and their support is a joke. They'll give you a free drink for getting the wrong stuff from employees who should probably find another line of work.

Smallest portions from a chipotle yet, rice was hard, black beans were hard, chicken was in the steam table too long without it being stirred around, staff had hair hanging all out from their hats, (hairnets yeah)this place was just the worst. Only kinda good thing they had going on was the funky music.

This is consistently the worst Chipotle I’ve been too. Hit miss in service, usually out of something, and for some reason the soda machine is broken every time. Been hoping it would get better over the last two years. It has not.

I’m just here to say anytime I’ve come here the workers did a good job. Never once been treated with anything but respect. Good service is a two way street.

Horrible. Chipotle management has decided to let teenagers barely 18 and definitely younger run this place to ground.I go here about 9pm. No adults in sight but the security card is a large man. The place looked like each one of their rooms. TRASHED.Here's what's funny. One of teenage girls made herself something and sat down in lobby to eat. She made herself a wonderful meal. She sat in the corner of lobby but as soon has she sat down she noticed where she sat was trashed. Chips all over table and floor was extremely messy. She sat down in disgust, noticed it was trashed and moved completely changed seats looking at area that was trashed. Hilarious, I mean the entire lobby was trashed. You go to order your food and there was like 5 teenage girls up front seemingly confused on who did what so you had to speak up on your order kind of forcefully because they seemed to be confused as there was too many of them up there without a designated job. So the line grows larger as everyone in line starts looking around at these kids who can't even do Chipotle.Remember when I said the place looked like thier rooms? Upfront where you prepare your burrito or bowl where you order was TRASHED. Clearly not wiped off for hours. Completely covered in food. The place behind it before grill was TRASHED covered in food. If food sanitation people or that show Dirty Dining came in, this place would fail. Simply call food sanitation or OHSA at 9 pm on a weekday and place would be shut down. They drink section had no cups. They had no utensils but knifes. Horrible. They had 1 male, he was cooking food and had asked someone to get him something but one of the girls completely ignored him and the girl on her break in lobby got up and said she'd do it. The girl he had asked for help was called by name and ignored him. When the line got large, 2 of the girls had nearly ran to the back. Chipotle will have cool commercials on food but when it comes to service, they won't show you thier TRASHED lobbys, Horrible TEEN customer service and no utensils. If I was a Saturday Night Live writer, this place is so trashed with Horrible teen customer service, it'll be an easy funny skit on how they have delicious food but you have get passed thier trashy lobby, terrible customer service, high prices, the security guard, no utensils or cups to get it while the 1 male struggles in the back to cook with no help.By the way, they won't cut your burrito as they aren't "allowed" to. A pure travesty of service and undeserving of being in downtown Portland. This place belongs in deep SE. Only 2 stars because I got food. Easy to run a franchise hiring teenagers with no adult management but it's obvious the owner doesn't think long term. I'll never visit this location again. A momentous example of poor everything and unreachable repair. This place should be shut down. Seriously. Have anyone from Chipotle Executive go here at 9pm.

"Could you describe the ruckous, sir?" Gaslighting 101I will bet that security here is paid to maintain a peaceful environment, rather than antagonize and threaten people on the street. So I walked up on security asking what was going on the other night with the water bottles. I heard the loud ruckous which sounded like a baseball bat repeatedly hitting a car. Tonight this guy says he was hit with 100 water bottles. Well, I did see the debris, and I did hear the sound, but I inadvertently challenged him on the number of bottles. He said he wished I was a man. That was when I realized why the screaming man even threw the bottles at all. I'm on the sidewalk as a neighbor inquiring about a prior incident. He got everyone working inside to gang up and cackle at me like minions. The manager said she doesn't even know the name of the security company, telling me they were closing as if I'm there to cause a problem. Security threatened to call police when I said it's no wonder that the guy threw the bottles. Of course, when I said please call them, he refused to do it, the only grounds to call them being that he threatened me. Not only that, without knowing who threw the water bottles, am I supposed to believe the guy who threw them had that kind of aim where security was hit even 1 out of 100 times? Like, gosh, what a loud sound! Are you okay? So that is why he threatened to call police on a female under 5ft tall and should be thanking his lucky stars that I am not in fact a man. Meanwhile, I've never had Chipotle once, no need to ask me to leave. Tell this smart one the next time he calls a woman drunk, he also has to call her crazy. If anything merited a call to police, then where was security when I entered the place to ask the name of the security company?... 1/27/24 LOUD SCREAMING STAFF BANGING LARGE GARBAGE BINS IT'S 11:15 a.am.THERE ARE PEOPLE LIVING HERE

Crew cleaning at 9 pm, an hour before they close: fine. Not having anywhere to sit and eat because all the chairs are up except for the bolted down stools: annoying. Crew member starts beat the dirty runner rug 2 ft from my open wet half eaten burrito because thats the only available seat in house: disgusting as needs new management immediately

Look... it's a Chipotle. It's fast food. While it's better than fully processed garbage like McD's or whatever, I'm not expecting cuisine. But how hard is it to rinse the rice and cook it all the way? I feel like I'm eating tiny pieces of wood. This has been the case every time I get food here for months and months now. This seems to be just the brown rice, white rice is fully cooked but starchy, like it wasn’t rinsed. Vegetables are also often undercooked, onions seem totally raw.

I am not one to right reviews, but after countless bad experiences at this location I felt obligated to. I come here at least once a week and every single time, they are out of at least one major ingredient or item. The drink machine always seems to be broken, they are constantly out of chips, and today they were out of white rice!!! The last time I went there was no cheese, and the time before that they were out of both chicken and fajitas! I eat chipotle more than anything, and maybe once or twice in my life have I experienced a store be out of things. Now when I go to this location, I expect them to be missing something. I understand once or twice, but it’s almost comical at this point how frequently this place is out of items. It’s not even the end of the day after tons of customers have come, it’s lunch time. Not to mention, about a month or 2 ago at this location, I was the only one in line and all the employees were talking to each other and messing around with one another. They acknowledged my presence and just kept goofing around as if I didn’t exist. To top it off, they were out of chips and had a broken beverage machine that night. I hate coming here and having to pay for a meal when all the key ingredients I want are gone. If you want your chipotle to be missing half it’s ingredients, no chips, and a broken beverage machine, come here! If you want to go to a well managed Chipotle, go anywhere else.
