This location does humorously small portions, charged me for double for a full scoop of protein. Rice was crunchy, half their ingredients weren't there. if you want chipotle, don't go to this location.

I ordered the tacos it was three tacos, they wrapped them in tin foil and by the time I got them home they were all mixed together, and VERY difficult to eat I might as well just put them in a blender mixed them all up but that would have been pretty much the same outcome

The place was extremely dirty, and I watched one young employee dip his finger in the salsa and eat it. He then proceeded to make food and as he was doing so, scooped meat into his hand (twice) and eat it. He then proceeded to make food. This location is absolutely disgusting.
Tiny portions!!!!! Too many homeless and addicts hang around here.

I placed a delivery order for a steak quesadilla and a steak bowl with a side of guacamole, a side of queso, and a tractor tea. The steak quesadilla had no steak in it at all. The tractor tea wasn't in the bag. And there was no cutlery in the bag at all. The steak bowl was awesome though and thankfully I was at home so I have my own silverware. I tried calling the store to ask what happened but the automated system doesn't allow you to speak to anyone. It referred me to the Pepper bot which did help a little and gave me a free entree. But I am still pretty frustrated about not getting the tea. And put a fork, spoon, and napkins in the bag for God sakes! Wish I would have taken pictures of the food but I just spent a half an hour trying to get it fixed and I was hungry. Spent 45.79 on the order.
Edit: After the mess up, I got a redemption for a free meal and drink so I used it and went to the restaurant to pick it up and eat there. The restaurant was clean and the order was correct.

The truth is that I don't understand, it's this specific Chipotle, they literally serve very very little protein, it seems like an order, the amount of protein today was really very low, I don't know if it's inflation, and the fear of raising prices, but I have been to other chipotles and the amount of protein is appropriate, this is not the first time this has happened to me, and the drink machine was damaged
