sat and waited for my doordash food to be ready and it took an additional 15 minutes!!!!! late at night. i got in trouble with the app and the whole time they are “slowing cooking the bigger steak” they are sitting there playing with it and making jokes instead of getting food. lousy workers

Compared to other locations, this location consistently has more issues with my order being correct. I have had multiple instances where the order is made such that I cant eat it because of dietary restrictions.
While the staff are happy to fix the mistakes which I appreciate, it shouldn't be happening this consistently.

The last 3 times I've ordered from this location via Doordash, my order has been shorted $6-$10 worth of food. For example, I have paid for chips and guac and have not received AT LEAST 3 times. I RARELY treat myself to ordering food (MAYBE once a month) and it's so devastating to keep being shorted. No one should have to pay for food they don't receive over and over. Will never order from here again.

I’ve been trying to get food from this location since 2021. In the beginning, it was pretty consistent, but over the past 2 years, the service and quality has deteriorated dramatically. For the past 6 months, we’ve tried to stop in and order lunch and it’s always been a problem. Either the grill “stopped working”, they are understaffed, or (most frequently) they are out of ingredients. I decided to give them another try today and was disappointed. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, I asked if they had any brisket. The person at the counter said “no”, it would be 20-30 minutes. I then decided to order steak. I was told they don’t have any. All of this despite watching the guy in back chopping up a large quantity of red meat while I waited in line. I ended up waking out… AGAIN! Fortunately, Gutierrez Taqueira opened next door last week. They are friendly and ALWAYS have plenty of ingredients on hand. The good there tasted MUCH better and is always fresh. After the disappointing experiences at Chipotle, it’s time to walk away and never go back.

Endless commercials about the Smoked Brisket, but they don’t have any. And some confusion about when they would. Nice employees, but this location is consistently lame when it comes to staffing. You can’t find extra help near a college campus?
