I have been here numerous times to give this location a chance. This location never has any of the full bar together. There is virtually never any fajita veggies, no matter what time of the day you go. I have went at 7:00 p.m., at 1:30 p.m., and I have been in the evening. 3 to 4 times in a row the manager himself said there was not enough vegetables or they had not prepared enough for the day. The fact that they are unwilling to go get the product from the back and make it his concerning on top of the fact that the portions are rather small at this location. The manager gave my lady friend a large scoop of babrbacao vs a small scoop of steak for me Very unprofessional vibes to me.
I would like to see a change in attitude towards customer service and meal prep, or a change in management altogether as a solution. The customer is always most valuable. Check the reviews.

I had an issue with my application processing my order despite my bank account getting withdrawn. The gentleman (Nathan) was very so kind enough and gave it to me for free. I really do appreciate it.

This store regularly runs out of main ingredients which is pretty insane in itself, i've been in at like 7:30 pm before and they've said they were out of chicken.. like cook more? if you don't have more to cook, fire whoever's in charge of inventory. this also leads to online orders being screwed and having ingredients entirely forgotten with no replacement or easy way of receiving a refund and you WILL NOT receive a notice before leaving. then you have to argue with their bot on the app. overall very bad, probably consistently worst chipotle i've been to.
their portions are small and their guac is bad too. they don't even break up the avocados

Absolutely pathetic. I ordered a veggie bowl with guac and veggies, and what I got was a sad, flavorless pile of black beans and rice. No guac. No veggies. Just a sloppy, half-hearted excuse for a meal. If I wanted a bowl of disappointment, I could’ve made it at home for free. It’s honestly insulting to pay Chipotle prices for something they couldn’t even bother to get remotely right. This location clearly doesn’t care about quality, accuracy, or basic customer service. Embarrassing.

Food is great, but my first experience ordering through the chipotle app is now soured. Missing large chips. No way to remedy since I'm already home many miles away. No easy way to get a refund it seems. The people working were prompt in getting my order to me but seemed very frazzled and busy when I asked if I could have a side of salad dressing. No wonder they missed 1 out of the 4 items in my order. Bound to make mistakes when staff is stretched too thin.

Do not eat here unless you want food poisoning. My daughter had dinner from here and has been throwing up since. They undercook their rice, their tortilla warmer doesn’t melt their cheese but they pretend like it works, and their rice tastes sour. They don’t clean their bathroom, my daughter was going to use it one time but it was so bad we had to run out and go somewhere else.
