I have been to chipotle all over. Monday night, moderately busy. I guess it’s near college area? But they got my food within 10 minutes of ordering mobile and the portions were solid and it was the right order. There have been times where orders are late over 1/2 or even 1 hour at chipotle all over the country. Have to give a plus.

Do not go here unless you have more than an hour to waste. Twice now I've waited between 20 and 30 minutes for a mobile order - all while watching people walk in off the street, order, and leave with their food before mine is made - and consequently wasted my lunch break. I get that there are lunch rushes, but this is still a FAST FOOD place and a 20 minute wait for 3 tacos is unacceptable.

Solid when they have food prepared but they are "out" of things all the time. Tonight they had no beans, onions/peppers, pico de gallo, corn. And I've gone in multiple times when there are literally no chips. Otherwise a solid Chipotle, just lackadaisical when it comes to food prep.

The girl didn’t tell me that they were out of vinaigrette before I ordered my salad. Disappointing. She also left the area a mess and didn’t seem to care.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to.. food windows weren’t cleaned, no tables were cleaned, the employees were EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude.. the whole experience and everything about this location was dirty!

I just want to say Nathan at the SW broadway location is phenomenal. Not only is he always on top of everything, he is caring, nice, and attentive. He is always willing to help out the other workers and always has a smile on his face. My boyfriend and I always know we are going to have a awesome experience when he is working. He rocks!

Wish 0 stars was an option. Definitely the worst chipotle on the planet. Might as well change the hours to 12-7 cause they never open on time, and the employees are so lazy they close at 7 or 8 because they don't feel like staying till 10. Always disrespecting customers, rolling their eyes, and consistently out of something on a daily basis. Went the other day to get food at 7:30 and they had already closed. The following day their card reader was down so they were only taking online orders. This place needs to be closed.
