6/29/25 Observed an employee (young blonde gal about 5’3 tall) vaping outside, went back into the kitchen without washing her hand and start using her cell phone.

They aren't busy when I come in around lunch to pick up my order, but just incredibly incompetent. I've made 4 or 5 online orders now and each time I've gotten there 5 min past my pickup time and I wait for an additional 10 min. Meaning I could've come in and order my food in store and it would be done sooner than my online order

Food was great, service was fast, and employees were friendly. Not super pleased with the prices going up as high as they have, almost $9 for a side of chips and queso. And the qeuso cups got smaller while the price went higher. That's and the limiting of protein quantities are really the only complaints I have.

The order taker seemed bothered that I wanted to order. I ordered my usual Carna bowl it was good. Coca machine out of carbonation again she was bothered by me asking but Owell. I'm still coming back

Got ignored at the register because the cashier was dealing with mobile order customers even though they came in after us. Got stale chips and not nearly enough queso for the chips.
Closed every time I’ve tried to go here even though google maps says they’re open.
