Most disgusting, dirty restaurant I've ever seen. 5 people working, I was the only one in line, nobody came over to help me. A lot of them had skanky-looking hair with no hairnets or tied back. I couldn't believe how filthy it was. I walked in~ walked out. But then again, it is NE Portland... what do I expect? Went over the bridge to Vancouver Chipotle, and it was just fine. And a young man immediatelty helped me.

Partner and I ordered our food. 1st Order was great (Sour Cream was new and fresh) but the 2nd one wasn’t. Partner ordered Carnitas bowl with Brown Rice, Green Sauce, Sour Cream, and Cheese. What was given was White Rice, Chunky Chicken, Soup Beans bottom of the barrel Sour Cream, Green Sauce, and Cheese the dish was cold as the cheese didn’t melt also had to use a bunch of napkins to soak up the juices that took half the bowl.
All I’m saying is the short lady assisting customers at first hand needs to listen to the customers instead of just piling food.

Picked up lunch from this Chipotle today. I had the barbacoa burrito bowl—well-seasoned and satisfying. My partner had the Honey Chipotle bowl, which she always enjoys.
The free guac for your birthday is a nice extra.
Overall, a reliable takeout option.

Ran in for a great lunch- was a great burrito bowl. Everyone was nice and the place was clean.
Literally unable to get an order correct ... like not even close. I'm not talking about special instructions, I'm talking about the printed order on a burrito is not what's inside. This now 5 failed orders. I've even ordered a burrito that came in a bowl with a tortilla wrapped up on the side... I've ordered a salad that arrived with no lettuce. Honestly...wtf?

They let crack heads behind the counter, after they dig thru the trash at the actual restaurant. I ordered a chicken burrito. The chicken tasted really weird and shorty after I threw up. I understand the employees don’t care about their job because they get paid minimum wage. But at least care enough to not make other regular people throw up from your food.health inspectors should come check this place out.

They don't secure (staple or tape) their ubereats/doordash bags, which is highly scary as you never know what the drivers might do, thus me not wanting to order from them anymore through ubereats/doordash. Also, I returned the food because of said incident and I saw the girl working behind the counter put back the queso cheese and beans back into the food containers where they'll serve the next customer. Super dangerous and scary and unhygienic if you ask me as you never know what may have happened to that food! Someone could have spit on it or something, and you wanna put it back and reserve it!! I know these workers don't care, and thats why they do what they do, but common man! I just feel their food preparation is highly unsafe
