They let crack heads behind the counter, after they dig thru the trash at the actual restaurant. I ordered a chicken burrito. The chicken tasted really weird and shorty after I threw up. I understand the employees don’t care about their job because they get paid minimum wage. But at least care enough to not make other regular people throw up from your food.health inspectors should come check this place out.

They don't secure (staple or tape) their ubereats/doordash bags, which is highly scary as you never know what the drivers might do, thus me not wanting to order from them anymore through ubereats/doordash. Also, I returned the food because of said incident and I saw the girl working behind the counter put back the queso cheese and beans back into the food containers where they'll serve the next customer. Super dangerous and scary and unhygienic if you ask me as you never know what may have happened to that food! Someone could have spit on it or something, and you wanna put it back and reserve it!! I know these workers don't care, and thats why they do what they do, but common man! I just feel their food preparation is highly unsafe

Online orders beware. Ordered a carnitas burrito with multiple toppings, and halfway through eating only rice and tomatoes I ended up pulling apart the entire burrito to make sure I wasn’t being pranked. All the toppings were clumped at the bottom, including about a teaspoon of carnitas at the very bottom.
Please treat your online orders with (I hope) as much care as your in-person orders and learn to portion and roll burritos correctly.

I’m not a fan of leaving bad reviews, so I’m giving 4 stars. I just think it’s important to make them aware of this situation.
I ordered a barbacoa quesadilla. Usually, they grab a tortilla, place cheese on it, fold it in half, press it until it’s crispy and melted, then add the meat, slice it into normal quesadilla pieces, and wrap it in foil—simple and straightforward.
This time, when I ordered, they immediately handed me a kids’ meal box and asked what sides I wanted. I was confused and thought there had been a misunderstanding, but apparently, this is how they do it now. I picked my three sides, and then they started making my quesadilla.
Here’s where things went sideways: they took a tortilla, added cheese and meat, and folded it into a 5x3 rectangle, stacking multiple layers of tortilla on top of each other. I asked if this was a quesadilla, and they said yes. They placed it on a tray with parchment paper and threw it into their quick oven. When it came out, the parchment paper had fused with the tortillas, and I had no choice but to eat bits of paper with my quesadilla.
To make matters worse, it wasn’t even cut properly—just one partial cut, folded in half to fit the box. The price was also significantly higher than what I’ve paid for a quesadilla in the past.
I just wanted a normal quesadilla, like every other time I’ve ordered. Taste-wise, it was still good—the crispy paper, barbacoa, and melty cheese made the paper as tolerable as paper can be. But please, Chipotle, just stick to the basics. Grab a tortilla, fold it in half, and skip the overlapping tortilla layers.
And this is why people are videotaping the Chipotle workers. Because if you don't you you pay $20 for a burrito the size of your palm. And I don't have very big hands btw.. This is getting ridiculous. Not to mention the food was an hour late and cold. Im done with you guys. Now I get to go buy more food. Awesome..

I just went through the line and the employee was texting on her phone, stuck her hand up her shirt and scratched her stomach, then put gloves on and asked “what did you need”. I very politely asked her to wash her hands and in response she rolled her eyes and scoffed, then left the line without saying anything. She didn’t come back, instead another employee washed his hands and came and made my bowl. As a previous chipotle manager I know this is not ok, and this employee should not be working the line.

2x I’ve gotten severely SICK from eating at this location 1st time I thought it was from the Queso possibly being old I waited months going back to this location I went back last week on FRIDAY Severe Diarrhea started that evening 2 emergency rooms later I have contracted SHIGELLA from eating here As you can see their atmosphere is extremely unhygienic gloves never changed and too Many workers back and forth from serving food to handling register to handling trash all same gloves multiple reasons using utensils to serve is not hygienic enough!!!

UPDATE: the owner wants me to reply privately. I just don’t have the time to go back-and-forth. All I ask is for a clean restaurant. I will definitely try them again and revise my update accordingly if the restaurant is clean. Thank you. Why would I want to eat here if the dining room is that dirty who knows what’s going on in the kitchen?
