Have never eaten there before and when I got there I told the person behind the counter that I'd never eaten there before and they just looked at me like okay well whatever I don't know just and I'm not really a big race person when it comes to my burritos and stuff so I just had to put a little bit of rice on it but basically it was nothing but a plate full of rice meet strips and guacamole is it wasn't really that good it was way too spicy for me and I just didn't get it very good vibe from the whole situation

Chipotle is going down hill fast. I paid for extra meat online at this location and they forget to even put any at all... I went to get my comp meal at another location and the same crap. Chipotle needs to either fix who they are hiring or at least hire managers and leads that overlook what is happening and if the workers are doing their jobs. Way too over priced at this point for what you get with Chipotle. Rather go to taco bell at this point. Chipotle will not survive if they keep alowing this to happen in their resturants...

It’s a Chipotle, and the review is as a fast food restaurant, not a fine dining experience. That said, Chipotle is typically a lot better than most fast food; it offers healthier options and is not overpriced. This branch, on this day, was busy, but they moved people along quickly enough, and the food was delicious.

Typically, the service is better but lately it has not been. I ordered double protein (chicken) and was given just enough for one portion and the very last and bottom of the pan. It was dry and burnt. I guess they ran out.
Slowest service humanly possible… how can they made 10 in person orders before one online order. seems like a real lack in management. Messy and never on time. Employees are nice tho. The only reason for two stars

Refused to make white rice when the store had three more hours of service. Did not give me cheese. Employees seem very lazy, leaning/resting arm on counter while slopping food in bowl. And I have to wait for customer service to investigate be fire getting a new meal or refund. When I offed to bring food back.

I haven’t been to this Chipotle in years, but I’ve been a customer at this location for over 18 years and have never had an issue until today. The service was friendly but insanely slow due to the ingredients not being ready during the lunch hour. They didn’t have cheese at the end of the assembly line or ice for our drinks! I wish the employee would’ve told me there wasn’t ice and we would’ve skipped the drink. When my fiancé and I got home to eat our food, the carne asada meat quality was gross. The meat was both extremely stringy and chewy which was not enjoyable to eat. We ended up giving it to our dogs. At least we ordered chips and guacamole to snack on. Nope, the guacamole was good but the chips were soggy like they weren’t fried enough. Last, when I went in the bag for the receipt to log my points, it wasn’t there. They probably didn’t have printer paper either.
This was hands down THE WORST experience I’ve ever had! With chipotle or any fast food establishment, EVER!
