I ordered for pickup at 10:40, I arrived and no one was in the restaurant, meaning no food was prepared. Employees finally started showing up at 11, posted signs about delayed opening, no estimate. I then waited another two and a half hours before I was able to get through to support to get a refund. “Staffing issues.” Pay your employees better and they may show up for work.

We waited in line for more than 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. There were 3 visible employees: one slicing chicken, one wiping tables, and a third one who appeared to be pointedly ignoring us as she filled online orders( she was not friendly even when she came to the line). The line was 3 parties deep (it was 4 but one walked out) before anyone decided to help us. We were informed that there were no clean baskets for our burritos. The restaurant was dirty with food on the floor. The men’s bathroom trash was overflowing. The worst experience we’ve had at a Chipotle.

Showed up at 11:05 for a catering order that turned out was all finished. No employee asked me anything till 11:30. All of the team members were on autopilot to the point that they didn't care why someone was just standing there.

Would have been absolutely no problem if you guys weren't done with the order but the fact that 25 people went through the line half a dozen doordash drivers in and out And the employees were just kind of sort of messing around with the tortilla warmer And gossiping versus trying to find out they could hand out a finished catering order. No shade on the food but I'm going to do catering at a different Chipotle for now because it's worth the drive minus the hassle.

This is the most poorly managed Chipotle in the entire franchise. I have never been to one so bad before. Saturday night at 9:30pm and there are two people working. There seems to be a third employee who is just sitting at a table working on “management stuff” or something. The place is filthy, my online order was 10 min late, and they are grossly understaffed. I feel sorry for the two people working here tonight. The place is a mess, all drink machines are empty. I’m also going to be tight for my flight because my order wasn’t ready. Chipotle, do better, please.

To be clear; I feel badly for these employees who are here working hard. This is a Chipotle Corporate problem and they clearly need to do a better job managing this location.

At 7:30pm they were out of several of the dishes that go on a burrito. The restaurant was in desperate need of some cleaning with trash bins overflowing, food all over the floor and grease running down the wall above the grill station. We decided to not roll the dice tonight and left.

Didn’t put my quesadilla in the right oven and cheese was completely uncooked. Chicken was room temperature at best. Terrible.

Didn't even eat service atmosphere no good. Left as soon as I sensed that. I would avoid this location till they change workers. No mf way I'm gonna see if it's any good too many bad vibes. Is it just me? Let us know.

The place is a pig pen. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a week. Trash on the floor inside and trash overflowing on the outside. Worse Chipotle that I've seen

This was the dirtiest chipotle I have ever been to ever. The floor was filthy, dirty tables. I was not going to order due to napkins on the floor when you walked in and no customers which is unheard off.
