Worst Chipotle experience ever. Online order was completely incorrect. Unable to eat what we got because of an allergy to mistaken items. Went into to store for correction. This store was a nightmare. Was told 5 times they were out of different things that were available on the main line. I placed an order for Burrito Bowl online. When i went to the store for pickup i was told that they were out of ingredients. So i asked for a refund. The manager of the store came out and said that he cannot process the refund and i have to call the corporate office to get a refund. The reason he mentioned was that it was the corporate's money.
What is my fault in all this ? Why do i have to call corporate office, wait on hold for couple of hours to get a burrito refunded...read full review
