Waited about 15-20 minutes in a 4 person line, and the order was wrong and received very small portions when asking for double. They would often stop someone’s order midway to finish an online order that had been waiting for a while too. Not mad at the employees, I feel for them, but it was 1 star service.

This place is an absolute mess. Today was free guac day for members, so we came in expecting a pleasant experience. To start off, one worker had an absolutely terrible attitude as she started our order. When we asked her to repeat what she said (she talked at an incredibly fast pace and mumbled) she would sigh, have a sour look on her face, and would repeat her words loud and slow with a terrible attitude. After our orders were cleared through and we were ready to check out, we asked if we could get a free guac (since today was their free guac day and they had it advertised EVERYWHERE in the store, with cards on each of their tables informing everyone about the event). They said “yes, just scan your membership right here.” We did, and we even asked the second time “so we got the free guac right?” To which they replied, “yes.” We found out when we got home that not only did they not give us free guac (we had it charged as it showed on the receipt), but we didn’t receive our guac at all! We’ve been going to this place for the longest time, and we were absolutely disappointed by this service. We hope to receive an apology and refund for this experience.

Unfortunately, I visit this Chipotle often and the experience is consistently disappointing. Orders are frequently late, ingredients are often unavailable, and staff seem inattentive. I’ve also received incorrect orders, and basic items like utensils are frequently out of stock. I’m leaving this review in hopes that management addresses these issues and improves the overall experience.

When there are customers in line, they should take priority over online orders. At least alternate, they made 4 or 5 online orders in a row before helping the line of customers. Just go completely online then.
They ran out of chips and so they took some chips from my order to give to a kids meal and didn’t even offer to at least discount it for me.

Place was clean when I went in. Portions are still small. Wish I had read the reviews. I can concur that Portions are still small. Burrito was half the size of other places. Bowl with extra rice, extra beans and guacamole did not touch the metal lid.

PS I don't need an automated response. I am not going to this establishment again. If you have not changed your ways in 5 months of reviews I don't see it changing now.

I loved Chipotle until I went to this branch! The boy who served worked without enthusiasm and in a bowl made half a spoon of rice and the other ingredients I had to tell him THREE times to make more please, and even so he did not serve what they regularly serve me but much less! When I paid for my bowl it was so light that I couldn't believe it was served so miserably!!! NEVER here AGAIN!

Eh. Nothing special. Portions are getting smaller and prices are steady increasing. Workers are scared to serve a decent amount and had little to no excitement for customer service. Lots of dirty tables and trash overflowing. It’s cheaper and better quality to make these bowls or burritos at home.

By far the most inconsistent chipotle in terms of portion size and cleanliness. Their portions are often only 1/2 of the promised amount, paired with the food often being clearly too old to still be served. Received a half full bowl with rotting lettuce, and ingredients smeared in that I did not ask for. Will not be eating here again.

When you order something online you would expect to get that when you arrive. I ordered their salad which comes with a vinaigrette, it is really the only reason I get the salad and as I’m sure most would agree there would be no point in getting the salad without the vinaigrette. When I placed my order online, there was nothing about them being out of the vinaigrette or anything else. When I showed up in person to grab my order which was not ready at the time it was supposed to be, 10 minutes late. I was informed that they were out of the vinaigrette as they were handing me my bag of food to go. He offered nothing in return, no refund or option to get a different item. This is not the first time this has happened and it is very frustrating paying for items and not getting what you paid for or anything in return for the inconvenience.

For as bad as this Chipotle always is, it’s somehow also always incredibly busy. The tables are never clean. The chairs are always dirty. There’s always a handful of insanely loud kids without parents sitting around making noise.

Today, they somehow didn’t notice they had two different music players absolutely blasting music at ear splitting levels. Also, despite the line typically being all the way to the door, somehow they’re understaffed and at least half the workers here are just standing around doing nothing. All this and I haven’t even ordered yet…

The counter staff could barely hear me over the music, and the old lady at the register was dismissive and rude.

Don’t give this dump your money.

I've visited this chipotle several times over the last 3-4 months. Everytime I leave wishing I hadn't gone.

This location has to be the worst in all of Oregon, and it reeks of poor management.

I have come in, watched a line form out the door, and watched as a manager and 2 cronies walk around the place with clipboards laughing and joking around, while the ONE poor kid on the line is fighting for his/her life. Managers should step up and help out, not be lazy good for nothings.

This place is ALWAYS out of something. Today it's rice and ice and quesadillas, other times it's been beans, others it's been veggies or meat. Management just doesn't seem to know how to order correctly.

4/5 times this place is a disaster. They don't ever seem to have enough people working the line but there is always 4-5 people in the back doing little to nothing (not counting the people cooking). Sometimes they have 2-3 people working mobile orders while the people who come in have to suffer with long waits with only 1 person working.

This place is not clean. Half the time I come, the trash is overflowing. Today I came when it was slow and every table has crumbs or smooshed cheese or some other mess on it. Trash all over the floor.

Everything here reeks of poor management, and the employees are suffering for it. No one wants to be that teenager working the line by themselves with 15 people waiting and getting angry. All it takes is one person to come in and order for their family to completely lock up the line.

Get a new manager ASAP, fix this location
