Made an online order here and when picking it up I had to remind them I ordered a drink. Then when looking in my bag I did not get any sour cream, Pico, hot sauce and one tiny scoop of queso witch i payed $4 for. I only saw this when looking in my bag. The staff there did not say anything or let me know they were out of things. I payed $40 for my meal and felt I was robbed out of half my order. The staff and management did nothing to fix my order make me feel reassured. They were very hostel and rude.

Dude. So the burrito was possibly the worst burrito I've ever gotten at a restaurant. Like it immediately fell apart the second I started eating it. Even while mostly still wrapped in foil. I let them (the person who made it) know to see what kind of response to this there would be and they offered me a bowl (and nothing like a sorry or oh no or that's too bad or "that never happens sorry"). I took it but... I mean if i wanted a bowl I would have gotten a bowl. It was a VERY awkward experience trying to still get any pleasurable burrito experience out of it. It tasted fine but it was literally a fail as a burrito and probably the most fail of any burrito I've ever had in that aspect in any restaurant and I'm not young, folks. I've eaten a lot of burritos). I assume the franchise would not like for this to be their reputation lol.

Pretty much the same as any other Chipotle in the chain. The service was a little slow, but I think they were training people who didn't quite have the assembly line down yet. Overall friendly staff.

Prices went down??? Awesome. Food was delicious, hot, portioned well. Cashier cleaning dining room, line worker friendly and efficient, grill cook working diligently, clean kitchen, organized too. Manager working hard with crew. ??????

This is my neighborhood Chipotle and I come there a lot and I noticed they keep giving people less and less meat. And then they try to charge you an extra $6 for double meat when I asked for a little more and I just wanted the fair amount in the first place. And unfortunately, they have some young staff and apparently they are allowed to give attitude and talk to customers however. Unfortunately, the service and the food have gone downhill and I will not be returning.

Always out of basic ingredients. Every single time I have gone Into this location they are out of all the ingredients, even as basic as cheese. Management should be up for revieve since they can't do orders correctly. The service is rude and have no clue how to treat customer. This place is garbage.

Worst ran Chipotle I have EVER been to. Do they have a manager? That’s the true question… food was covering the floors in the kitchen and the counters. They had 10 employees working and they were ALL standing at the To-go station while the line was 20 people deep. I tried to come here a few mos. back but they were out of half the meats. I would seriously shut this location down or revamp it.

Discriminatory behaviour exhibited by by an employee when preparing my food. With such attitudes I believe you should work elsewhere. I’m not getting the food for free. I’m paying with my hard earned money.

I should have looked at Yelp! But I usually go to my favorite fast food place in same shopping center Bandito Taco where the food is great and the owners very friendly and it's FAST. Well this was NONE of those things. The food is so so, the staff looks harassed and upset and the WAIT WAS RIDICULOUS. When I got there there was ONE person in front of me. He ordered ONE burrito then 15 minutes later it was my turn . I have never seen such slow slow slow service. I ordered two tacos, 10 minutes later I was at register and at noon the line was 10 deep. I could have chopped my own tomatoes for that amount of time. Never again. Folks go to Bandito Taco instead across parking lot, they weren't open on Monday but every other day. So sad.

I was turned away at the door from one of the employees, it was still opened according to the hours of operation. This is the second chipotle I was told we are closing in 15 min from closing. I'm a regular customer and this is probably the last time I will eat at their establishments.

Stood in line for 10 minutes and no one helped us. When someone did come they did an online order first. Wasn’t gonna write a review but then “mild salsa was only available for online orders”. Huh? Good food
