I loved this place!! I had a coffee smoothie. It was delicious!!! The place was a little hard to find at first so just look for the sign they have out on the sidewalk. Lots of easily accessible parking. Will definitely go back next time I'm in the neighborhood!!

I used to go here a few times a week when they were on the PSU campus. So glad to see that they re-opened at this new location. Great boba, really great food, and friendly service. The new location has a lot of fantastic outdoor seating.

Met a friend for boba and snacks. The person working answered questions promptly and accurately. The drinks are made w mom dairy milk. My friend got the green onion pancake and they came out crispy and delicious.

Fantastic food and a great bubble tea selection! Absolutely try the cong you bing (green onion pancake), it was mind blowing how good it and the dipping sauce it came with was. Everyone in my family couldn't stop raving about it after we finished it. The gua bao and spring rolls were also great, as were the prices here. It may not look fancy, but Chit Chat Cafe seriously delivers in the taste department.

I'm very disappointed in this place. The first time I went there, I asked if their bubble tea was or could be made vegan. They said "yes, our milk tea is always made with coconut milk!" I was excited so we got a a milk tea and an iced tea. It was very good. I continued going there for a few months, getting recommendations for different milk teas hot and cold, under the impression that they were indeed, vegan. Today I didn't feel so well, after drinking a taro hot tea from chitchat cafe. I called and asked if their milk tea powder had any dairy in it, they said no. I asked if it had whey protein and they said yes. They said I was the first person to feel sickly after drinking the tea, and that usually people who said they were lactose intolerant didn't feel sick from whey protein so they didn't disclose that the powder has this ingredient. I informed them, that whether someone is lactose intolerant or not, when they specify for "vegan" they also don't eat or drink whey protein.I think it is disrespectful to lie to a person when they ask if an item is vegan. Hopefully they will be truthful going forward because I'm sure I'm not the only vegan they've fooled with their milk teas.

I love this place! The people who work there are always very nice and my favorite dish is the Orange Chicken, w/ Rice and Veggies. Probably my favorite spot in the area!! Highly recommend.

The gua bao and braised pork rice were excellent! The braised pork rice taste like childhood, I will definitely be coming back for this. Don’t pass it up, come try the braised pork rice if you haven’t yet.

The salt and pepper chicken was very tasty but the bubble tea was undrinkable. There was so much matcha powder in it that it was bitter and grainy, and the Thai tea had a plastic aftertaste. I’d say go for the food but skip the boba.
