I'm almost hesitant to write a review about Chochu Local because it's so good I know it's only a matter of time before getting a plate of food here will be next to impossible. This is the real deal. The people who own/run it are so nice, the chicken is perfect, and if you ask for no rice you can get 2x salad instead! This is a go-to post-workout meal for me. Never change, Chochu Local.

The food is sooo good. I've had them a few times and always 100% satisfied. Literally never misses on taste or presentation. I have visited their food cart and have gone to a pop up event. They have been so kind to me every single time I've gone and visited. I can say I have tried 95% of their menu and have loved everything.
I've been going to this place since March 27th 2014 when it was ran by Paul and called PDX 671. It is now Chochu Excellent food every time. Never disappointed, best place to eat from Tacoma, Washington through Grants Pass, Oregon. Not familiar with Chamorro food order anything on the menu with confidence.

You need to have this food truck on your must do list, if you even kind of like BBQ..... Their Island BBQ is very different than your more typical regional American BBQ's. Truly one of the best food trucks in Portland!!!

Love this place! We have friends that are from Guam and have introduced us to the cuisine . We were lucky enough to order catering for a birthday and hope to continue to that a couple times a year. I’m Mexican we eat most our foods with spicy ?️ to give flavor but this place is awesome. The food is so delicious ? it’s the first time that I bought food and the flavors are perfect it’s no necessary to add any ?️ lol or and that juice omg!! So delicious thank you Chochu Local your food is amazing ??❤️
Grew up in Portland (now living in Hillsboro), and we were out driving around today, and saw Portlands Rose City Food Park. Went inside, and only about half the places were open. I always love some good BBQ, and Chochu Local truly hits the spot! Watching the slabs of meat being grilled makes it hard to pass up if you thought you could walk away. Delicious BBQ Chicken - mouthwatering moist - lots of flavor. Gave us a beeper to let us know our food was ready. This place is worth us driving back !!!! Can't wait to try the rest of their menu !!

Spent 3 years living in Guam and these two captured the food and energy perfectly and transported my taste buds back to that happy place. Well worth a try even if you've never even heard of Guam, food is truly amazing.
Food was delicious!!! Get their Fiesta all 3 and try a little bit of everything! Kimichi noodles were excellent! But get there early they are so good they sell out fast!! Joy, si yu'us ma'ase!!! Will def be back!!!

Wow! The food was amazing. I had the pork belly and chicken fiesta plate. Everything was outstanding but pork belly rocked my world. The service was exceptional. I will be back for sure.
