I tried two of their breakfast sandwiches and they both were an odd blend of bland and super greasy. The pretzel bun was okay but I don't know what was up with the rest. If I so happen to give them a try again and like it, I'm happy to update the review.

I’ve been going to Chubby Bunny since it opened and it is one of my favorite vegan restaurants EVER! These breakfast sandwiches will have you coming back again and again. I love the boss bunny with the potato mitten and the french toast sticks are great. The staff is friendly and I absolutely love their message. Vegan or not, don’t miss this spot! Thank you so much for the yummy food!

Unfortunately, this sandwich was not good at all. I took one bite and the taste was awful. Sandwich looked as bad as it tasted.

Yum!!! If you’re vegan and miss classic breakfast sandwiches you gotta check this place out. Even if you’re not vegan this place hits the spot. I promise meat eaters won’t notice the difference! Their ‘bacon’ is insanely good and I can’t get enough of their potato mittens.Vegetarian options: All vegan menu

Chubby Bunny fills the Egg McMuffin shaped hole in my heart after going vegan. I highly recommend their Chubby Bunny sandwich! It’s absolutely delicious!

All vegan breakfast sandwiches sounds great to me, I make them at home all the time. So I wanted to try Chubby Bunny. It was okay. The flavors of both the Steak & Eggs and the Croissant-wich were pretty good but neither were particularly special. The Croissant-wich looked like someone threw it against a wall and hastily reassembled it. Tasted fine. The Steak & Eggs was plain but didn't seem distressed. The taste was better than the Croissant-wich. I would have been severely disappointed if I got one sandwich with no side for the price and still hungry (because I'm a chubby vegan bunny animal). Thankfully, I got two but it made for an expensive to-go lunch. Updated from previous review on 2024-01-11

Everyone I ate with loved what they got! I had the Croissan'wich and was impressed by the croissant! There was covered seating with a warming fire at one of the tables. Also many other food trucks plus bar next door (Bye&Bye) had additional vegan options. Chubby Bunny was the only one open when we went, otherwise we would've stayed and sampled more.

Why would you open a food cart and not state anywhere on the cart, food description, your website, or even verbally when someone is ordering, that the food is vegan. That was a waste of 19$ for breakfast.

Having a vegan restaurant is fine. Advertising your food as having bacon eggs and cheese. And then having a “cute” note at the bottom covertly saying the whole menu is vegan is ridiculous and disingenuous. I drove all the way over here for a breakfast sandwich just to find out I can’t eat anything off this menu as I’m allergic to soy.

Not a bad place at all. We got the Boss Bunny and I got the croissant sandwich. Both were very good for vegan food and the sausage had a great flavor and texture. Nice little spot.

I had this food delivered so I can't speak to the service or atmosphere. The food, however, was stellar. I had the Boss Bunny and a Potato Mitten. I love hot savory breakfasts but it can be hard to find vegan options that really hit the mark. This was exactly what I was looking for. The breakfast sandwich was substantial and all the ingredients were delicious. I was ordering breakfast the following day because I was so happy with my first order.

Absolutely delicious! Try the Benny, you won't regret it! The owner happened to be there while we ordered and he was so nice and helpful. A guilt free, yummy breakfast.
