Heart and soul and healthy food. Delicious meals right to my doorstep twice per week without a delivery fee. And I’m north of Vancouver! These meals made tracking macros, getting lean protein and veggies and losing weight nearly effortless. I love that the owner is very involved, responsive, dedicated to customer satisfaction and gives back to his community. ❤️❤️❤️

We've been getting regular meals from them for a while now and we're definitely satisfied. Even when there were some little mistakes, they were so quick to make things right again. The delivery team is always friendly and I can tell they are all putting in the extra effort to deliver a quality product and make sure they have satisfied customers. I wish more businesses cared about their customers this much..

I love this meal service! There is nothing that comes close in Portland to the quality and taste of their food. Great variety on the menu , always changing and stores well! All organic as well and very generous proportions!

Best meal prep service in the area hands down! The owner, Chris, is amazing and you can’t beat the free deliveries twice a week to your home or office! The food is delicious with meal plan options, a La cart options, and bulk available to choose from! The menu changes out regularly so you don’t get bored (unlike fit foods). You can skip a week any time with no hassle and start back up without any issues. All the food, meals & bulk, come with the basic macros on each container which is perfect for tracking and staying on point with your nutrition! The biggest win for me is the time it gives me back to focus on the things that are important to me and not having to spend hours in the kitchen or at the grocery store and not to mention the variety of food I get to enjoy throughout the week! Not having to make one large meal and eat the same thing all week is amazing! And no waste!! I would find myself throwing away left overs right and left especially when I’m only feeding 1 person… I couldn’t recommend CI Lifestyle Meals more! Such an amazing small business to support while choosing to support my nutrition at the same time!

My wife and I have been members for a couple of months and are very happy with the meals sent by Chris and his team.The focus seems to be on lean proteins (some vegetarian options). Some meals are gluten and dairy free, but all of the meals seem to be reduced gluten (if any) and less dairy. The meals are well balanced and really filling. The weekly menus are varied, although it is always great to see some of our favorites pop back up from time to time. They are very nicely seasoned and everything tastes fresh. We've found the food tastes great and we really appreciate that it is portion controlled.Orders are due by Wednesday at midnight for delivery the following Sunday and Wednesday. The ordering system on the website lets you know which meals are scheduled to arrive on which day. The split delivery is great from a freshness perspective (we had a few of the Sunbasket pre-cooked meals that ended up going bad w/in a day or two of receipt).The meals are labeled w/ the macro information (grams of protein, carbs, and fat) as well as calories (which is great to see!). Be sure to remove the lid and any sauce containers inside before microwaving (lesson learned the hard way....)Meals arrive fresh, not frozen, in an insulated bag w/ a freezer pack included. The bag and freezer pack get returned to them with the next shipment. We are also really happy with the extreme reduction in waste compared to our orders from Sunbasket.Chris is incredibly responsive to questions and feedback, so I suggest reaching out to him with any specific questions. We were a little concerned about having to order 10 meals to try out the food, but my wife and I are both very glad we did!

Delicious Meals—love the ability to sort by dairy free, gluten-free, vegan, etc. We can’t believe how lucky we feel to have discovered this place!! The meals are so flavorful and made with care.
