The mocha is perfection! I was a barista in Seattle for years and have been trying mochas at every cafe in new places I live (5 countries). This easily ties first place with a cafe in Mexico.

I’ve been to this cute little location before and had no issues. I just went back for the second time and the barista wasn’t friendly at all. I walked in no greeting and big sighs while I ordered. There was another employee walking behind the counter and no greeting from them either.I should’ve just left, but I ordered. I visit a lot of coffee shops in the area and this was the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. It’s unfortunate considering my previous experience was fine.

My favorite neighborhood coffee shop. I bring my granddaughter who enjoys the table and toys for little ones. Staff is so friendly.

I come here 2-3x per week before heading to work. I have come to love the cozy and friendly atmosphere of this coffee shop. All of the staff are kind (Morgan and yasasphanie *sorry if I misspelled that* make great drinks!) I personally love getting a lavender matcha latte + one of their assortments of bread loafs. If you can get the pumpkin or blueberry, have it warmed up *cue drool*

The cafes on the main street close at 3, these guys close at 5. Thank you!! I needed to get some work done and this place did the trick. Cortado was also great!

Super awesome staff, drinks, and service. If I could rate this place higher, I would! Sam, Kate, and Yasasvini are some of the nicest people that I've ever met. They also donated some bagels to our nonprofit! You all deserve raises!

We went Sat morning while waiting for The Bubble Man performance at the Clinton theater. We had a delightful light lunch and outstanding Breve Lattes with two extra shots served in their nice big mugs that have plenty of room for the delicious foam and a pretty design on top! Outstanding food and cheerful staff who obviously take pride and enjoyment from their efforts! We look forward to getting back!

Always a positive experience! The staff here love what they do and it shows! Very accommodating, and they don't charge extra for milk alternatives! Always fun seeing the new rotation of art every month!

I have really been trying to give this place chance after chance since i moved into the neighborhood. I cringe at the thought of having to ask a barista to make modifications to the drink they give me (my stomach does flip flops of guilt and anxiety) but at minimum of $6 plus a $1 tip that non-dairy drinks go for at this place, i would hope that the beverage they produce is money well spent; which it is at so many other places in town. the first issue is the inconsistency of the drinks (for the same drink order)- the baristas do not mix the ingredients together. I have only observed the quickest of stirs-which doesn't really stir at all. So the finished product is most often sip fulls of completely unbalanced and varying flavors- either bitter with no hint of the flavors, or way too much. not rushing through the creation would absolutely lead to happier, repeat customers that do not become bitter about the increase in cost. I understand inflation has affected us all, but if other cafes around town can produce consistent drinks each time by shaking or stirring, i'm sure clinton street can! the second issue is the overwhelming sense i get that the employees simply put up with me. I've been coming regularly for months now and there is no hint of a personal experience; the friendly neighborhood coffee shop that they strive to be. They are either a curt, begrudging interaction or that false friendliness akin to a car salesperson. It has never felt inclusive but more like a rush to get people out. The last two neighborhoods i lived, my morning stroll to the local cafe was always something to look forward to; It felt like part of the community and the short, but honest & friendly interactions, always started the day on a positive note. I knew the baristas names and they knew mine. I have really tried, i wanted so badly to have this spot be my new cafe to walk my pup to each morning but i think at a certain point, one must realize you can't force something.

Top notch baristas and chagachino make this my go to coffeehouse. The best coffee I've found in the neighborhood.

Good service and really cute spot! Stopped by as I was driving through the area and got to enjoy a latte and scone. Great selection of bagels as well. Both their outdoor and indoor seating is so inviting. I’d definitely recommend!
