Cloud City Ice Cream

Vanilla Bourbon excellent, Saskwatch tracks was good but not up my alley at all. Coffee was good but I prefer a stronger hit. My companion had Honey Lavender which was excellent! I'll be back!

Like…wow! Saw an article mentioning this place as one of the areas top ice cream places and wanted to try it out. Blew away our expectations. Taste buds were dancing! Definitely will be coming back.

This will forever be the best ice cream place I have ever visited in my life. Let me preface by saying my parents owned 2 home made ice cream stores for 25 years. I know my ice cream. This was on a level beyond anything I could have imagined to come across! I loved the Marion berry ice cream and the vanilla bourbon! The scoops were massive! Almost a full pint for a regular cup! I was fully impressed and will always make this my bench mark for ice cream moving forward! My wife's coffee flavor and Chocolate chip cookie dough was her absolute favorite as well!

Forget the salt and head to the clouds for Portlands best Ice Cream!!

Excellent ice cream

5 stars for amazing ice cream and service. Caramelized banana is the best flavor of all time! 0 stars for wooden spoons. Wooden spoons are a neurodivergents nightmare and effect the taste of the ice cream. I bring my own spoon, no issues. Worth a stop!

Purports on its website to be very gluten free and vegan friendly, but nothing was labeled whether it was GF in store and staff were not confident about what was and wasn’t. No vegan toppings except nuts.
The bourbon vanilla was rather flavorless and had many small ice chunks in it.

I'm very confused by the high ratings. We couldn't wait to try their ice cream after reading the reviews. The banana ice cream had maybe 10% banana flavor and upset my stomach. Husband had vanilla and said it was "almost flavorless". We must be missing something!

Amazing taste, unique flavors. I had the salted cookie dough, it is so rich that a small cup it just enough. The employees are super helpful. Can't wait to go back!

Very good ice cream. Would certainly come back.
Chocolate salted caramel- smooth, rich, and delicious. Salty caramel and deep chocolate. Very very good.
Chocolate truffle- good truff pieces but the ice cream itself is dry, crumbly, and icy. Would not get again.
The sea salt caramel- Very good caramel flavor. Smooth and creamy. Would get again

So after Otto's you got to go here. This is not your common 31 flavor place, this not your foofoo salt and straw, this is really good ice cream for the sake of ice cream, great flavor and texture. Nice helpful people. Two scoops in a cup goodness
