As a lover of both horror films and tacos - the tacos de vampiro were a perfect match coming straight from the inframundo - I loved not just the visual aesthetics of each taco, but the flavor of their barbacoa (a 4th generation family recipe) was phenomenal and made me feel right at home. The chef and the staff running Cocina Serrano were also very kind!

These are the first tacos I’ve had in Portland but they’ve set the bar extremely high and I can’t wait...

I'm a big fan of the Burrito de Barbacoa! I came here the other day for dinner and got to meet the chef himself! Made us feel welcome, and excited about what we were going to eat.
This was my first visit to Cocina Serrano, and I was really impressed. The menu has plenty of great options, and we were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived. We placed our order and then had a great chat. I love to support local, and especially in times like this support our hermanas y...
