What's the point of taking online orders if you're just going to give them away to walk-ins? Also, selling out of donuts by 9 in the morning at a downtown location is not a successful business model, watched a half dozen people get turned away in the time it took to tell me they gave away my order. Better not get stuck in traffic if you want to get donuts here.

Just okay. Donuts are fresh, but not special. Not even particularly tasty. Cream filled was almost flavorless, but for the too sweet chocolate-adjacent frosting. Grumpy clerk and 1/2 filled case of donuts didn’t do much for the atmosphere either. Pass….

Just landed in Portland last night and woke up craving a good donut and coffee. Lucky that Coco donuts came to the rescue. Wonderful fluffy donuts, any donut lovers dream , in a variety of yummy flavors at a very reasonable price. We're going back tomorrow morning. Unfortunately they only have drip coffe but right across the street is LessisMore coffee with outstanding coffee in a very humble setting but take your donuts over there and enjoy a great combination.

Excellent stop for fresh, delicious donuts. We purchased 2 boxes with a very nice variety. Service was outstanding and delivered with a smile!

Thank you Coco Donuts on Sunnyside! I accidentally ordered a 3oz coffee from Uber eats and the staff recognized it was most likely an error and prepared me a great 16oz Caramel macchiato. 😀 Not to mention their fresh, fluffy and delicious donuts!

This place hires maintenance to come in and use power tools starting around midnight out on the street. They do not care about their local community, or the neighborhood they are a part of. Don’t shop here. Don’t be part of the problem.

Coco Donuts & Coffee Downtown is a small shop near Pioneer Square. They do not have many donut options. Customer service was great. I stopped in because I was very hungry this morning and wanted a tasty treat. Donuts were about $2.50 each. They also have coffee. So, if you want your morning coffee, that's a good place to go and get a donut as well.

A super quick snack on the way—a lavender donut, a snickerdoodle latte and some lovely conversation with the server. It’s such a cute place!

The stalest donuts I've ever had. Multiple times in a row. They definitely just keep them in the case for multiple days. The frosting on one of the donuts was starting to turn.

Staff is super nice and helpful. But this might just be the worst donut shop in the city.

I stopped off here just before they closed during a very rough day at work because I wanted a hot chocolate to make myself feel better. The girl behind the counter greeted me and spoke to me in the most genuine way, she brightened my day and made me feel so much better. The hot chocolate was delicious and I cannot wait to go back. She turned my day around and it meant so much to me. I’ll be going back again soon.
