I frequent this place often and especially on Thursday mornings I go in to grab drinks for coworkers. No matter what the staff are always amazing it sometimes catches me off cause as I'm not use to that level of amazingness but every time I go they are always so sweet and I don't feel it's an act like when u go to other places like star bucks and such. The product is amazing as well I get a variety of drinks. Every location I have been to had also been really amazing ?Dietary restrictions: The oat milk I get for a coworker and they absolutely love it. This place is always a treat to the ppl I work with and they always look forward to Thursdays now thank you!

Is it just me or is this A TON of ice. For $5.25 I got about 5 sips and then it was gone. I love coffee rush but this just made me so sad. I can barely afford fun drinks all the time and so I was so sad. Girls who work here are so sweet though!

The ladies working here are SO SWEET but am I crazy or is this a ton of ice? For $5.25 I only got about 5 sips of my drink. I feel ripped off. Its a sad sad morning.
Unfortunately after almost six years, I will not be revisiting coffee rush again. Like most, I have a standing order, over the past year I have received many different "versions" of my drink. Today I received a bitter pale coffee, again. I have reached out to your company twice and still receive overly inconsistent coffee, while I understand staffing is low, it should be competent and that's no longer been the case for some time.

I've been reluctant to try coffee rush because I've been so let down by so many little drive-thrus. Today I was running errands for work and needed caffeine and decided to give it a go. The girl taking my order was so sweet and patient while I tried to decide what I wanted. I ordered a 16oz oat milk s'more latte half sweet and it turned out so much better than I expected. The flavor was perfect, not overly sweet, they didn't scald the milk, and the milk was steamed perfectly for a really lovely micro foam on top.

Great customer service today (7/11 @3:15pm, girl with blond hair). She was so happy to help us, smile, nice, genuine conversation and excellent coffee! We had iced Americanos. Much better than any other coffee shop in that area (especially the one down the road). We will definitely be back!

i ordered a coffee on july 4th for 5:15am pick up time late on july 3rd. the website stated they are open from 5am-7pm. My order went through, the payment went through, and when i went the morning of july 4th there was a note on the window stating they were not open till 6am. However i had to be at work at 6am and that's why i ordered my coffee so early. i was extremely annoyed with that and the fact that i just spend money and got 0 product. i have called the store and got no answer i have left them a voice mail and they have no called me back. i do believe i deserve a refund and or my order remade. they have 0 contact information regarding who to reach other than their store phone number. and i have not had time to go back as i don't live in that area and was just with a friend for the night.

I don't write reviews, but I am writing this one for the common good. I felt fine this morning, but after ordering an oat milk latte I've been frequenting the restroom. I am almost certain the oat milk was expired. I should have gone back after I noticed it tasted a little off. Lesson learned. I've been here at least 10 times and have had no problems, but I won't be going back.
