Not quite what I expected. Was looking for a cute little place to catch up with an out of town friend and I brought my 8mo old. Many people come for the lottery/gambling. My chai was fine, didn't try the food, prices were good, environment was meh. It's quiet, but not really somewhere I'd bring my baby again. I should have read the other reviews about gambling. Food looked good though and staff are nice.
Not in any way associated with the other “Coffee Time” in Portland. Just to eliminate confusion. The menu for this location is not online except in photos from customers. Enjoy your visit!!!
Normally I feel super intimidated in coffee shops, but not here! The atmosphere was relaxed, and the barista was so sweet. It's the type of place that makes you feel like you've been going there your whole life, even on your first visit. Also, the mocha was delicious!
