One of my favorite coffee shops to hang out and work at. They have gluten-free baked goods and all the people there are friendly.

One of the best local spots around. Coffee is great. Atmosphere is remarkable. Good spot to connect with a friend and spend “coffee time” together.

"Hip" Coffee Shops abound...but solid standbys with a fantastic friendly staff are what keeps the Coffee world moving. No pretentiousness, just what a coffee shop should be.

This little coffee shop was a very good find. The drinks and pastries were all great, but even better was the pastrami sandwich that was my lunch for the day -- fresh and delicious! It would be totally quaint inside but for the third of the dining space taken up by a walled off Keno corner, no one under 18 allowed. Other than that, I felt welcome here and really enjoyed my food. Great location and no shortage of parking.

Love that they're open later than most coffee shops around here, and have friendly baristas which is hard to come by in this town.

Legendary coffee place with the best baristas.

My longtime GO-TO location. RIP Vivace. It is my earthy favorite. Like a well worn chair in a study. An irregular location, not a glass box of squareness. Permi Tables, Chairs outside. Met the owners, know almost all the Baristas Past- Present on a first name basis. Everyone is great ? like them all. They make the place. Good hiring of great people. My only neg is street Parking suks badly. Bring a bike. Food is simple but good, drink selection to include cold items n' CBD ( first ones i ever tried ). This place needs to go back to 11PM and beyond. They open early. The remod is nice. Chairs, Tables, back room area. Kudos!Dietary restrictions: They need more things for keto people like myself.Parking: They can't help it it's just the damn City decided to make paid parking everywhere a few years back. Depending upon the time of day parking can be problematic. Keep in mind the number 23 bus goes right through here so you can do a lot of things. Just down the street the Portland street car as well. I don't see any car break-ins to speak of so the area is fairly low crime. Knob Hill is a great area

Kind if a grungy, lived in atmosphere with decent coffee. Best part is the patrons, who mostly seemed pretty chill. A couple of nice little rooms in the back for privacy.

The place is huge with more seating options inside the cafe. Many of the customers were working on their laptops as they were plenty of outlets. They also offer printing which you can do online or email to the printer. The ambiance is rustic with local art featured for sale.
