Oaxaqueño Cochinita Pibil (GF)
Speciality of the state of Yucatán. Slow roasted pork in citrus juices, ​achiote, and a variety of ​spices.
Oaxaqueño Amarillo (GF)
Shredded beef cooked in our house made mole amarillo. Steamed in a banana leaf.
Oaxaqueño Vegetales (GF/V)
Sauteed carrot, onion, spinach and zucchini.
Norteño Chile Verde (GF)
Pork cooked in a green tomatillo sauce. Steamed in Corn husk

Crispy Brussels sprouts sauteed in lime, olive oil, worcestershire, and dried chiles. Topped with corn, queso cotija, and drizzled with caper aioli and chile oil.
Sikil Pak (V)
Fried cauliflower a top of sikil-pak (roasted sunflower seeds, garlic, tomato and habanero dip) topped with marinated citric habanero shredded jicama, sliced radish, chile oil, and sunflower seeds.

Breakfast Burrito
Large flour tortilla filled with scrambled eggs, potatoes, pico de gallo, and Jack cheese. Choose from chilorio, bacon, chorizo, soyrizo, or colache and garnish with avocado slices. (Have it mojado/wet with our roasted tomato and jalapeño salsita $2 extra)(sub ribeye $4)
Huevos Rancheros
Corn tortilla layered with three over easy eggs and covered with housemade roasted tomato and jalapeño ranchero sauce, carne asada, and chorizo. Topped with pickled and chopped onions, queso fresco, crema, avocado salsa, and cilantro.

Colibri delivers on all fronts—amazing food, great service, and a cool vibe. The burrito was hands-down the best my husband's ever had: fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The tamales and ceviche were equally impressive, showcasing how much care and quality go into their dishes.

Colibri is becoming one of my favorite spots in Portland! Portion sizes are large and everything I tried was delicious. I highly recommend the frijoles puercos and the birria quesadilla.

Great little place. Food was absolutely delicious, wonderful ambiance and the music playing made it very upbeat. The staff was very friendly and would recommend, and I'd definitely go back. We had a late dinner just before closing.
