A neat collection of food carts and wares. A bar with cocktails, cider, beer, wine, and other selections Indoor and outdoor seating. A cool place to chill and hang out.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options at the various food carts and restaurants inside and out.
Parking: tight parking spots, I think only about 25 of them, which are generally full, e-charge stations from PGE.

Sandy's is a Burmese eatery inside the CORE where people gathered to eat, visit, and play mah jong. Authentic food made by natives from Burma. A delight to taste the food the way it's supposed to be made, not commercialized.
