I got the spring scramble. It was very good. Portions are a little small.

Good variety on the menu. Waiter showed up 13 minutes afterwards were seated. Food came out and my Denver scramble was COLD. No one ever came bye to ask how the meal was.

Very slow service, servers don’t possess great attitudes - overall very unwelcoming and underwhelming. Likely not dining here again

Visiting from Seattle and decided to treat my mom to a lil brunch. This place was the cutest restaurant. Nestled between a large plant store, the coffee was great and the service was phenomenal. We faced a thirty minute wait but used the time to explore the grounds and visit their chicken coop. We had a great time and the food was spectacular.

I really want to give this place 5 stars because the idea is great and it’s so cute! The service was just so bad. My mom was visiting and we had brunch. We ordered eggs Benedict and mimosas! The mimosas came way after the food and when I asked the server about them she said “I’ll check” with an attitude and they didn’t come quickly after. The server never checked on us or asked us if we needed anything during the entire meal - we got up to find hot sauce and ketchup. Never offered refills or asked how everything was. I think she said about 10 words in total to us. Our eggs on the Benedict were also over cooked and not poached. They were more like soft boiled and this was the second experience with that. The menu hasn’t changed in a while so i was hoping the eggs would be done correctly. It’s a bummer for such a cool concept! I want to like it and wish it was good enough to go back.

I met up with a good friend for my birthday, we planned to get to the café at 10:30am and still had to wait about an hour for a table, however the farm grounds were large enough for us to explore while we waited.

Good atmosphere but okay food

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I felt this one was warranted.

I booked a table for Mothers Day because my wife had heard good things about the cafe.

When we arrived (5 minutes prior to our reservation time), we had to wait 20 minutes in the cold because our table wasn’t ready. There is no place to wait inside, but we squeezed awkwardly into the coffee shop area after about 10 minutes in the cold on the porch.

When my wife tried to order the only thing on the menu she wanted, the kitchen was out of the main ingredient, so she had to pick something else.

We weren’t given kids menus and didn’t know they existed until I saw crayons in the hallway and asked for them and something to draw on for my 8 and 10yr old. The server (not ours) returned with Mothers Day kids menus. We had already ordered the kids something from the only menus we were given.

When the food arrived, the kids didn’t like the food from the adult menu and we asked to order additional food from the kids menu we had recently received. Nope, kitchen was closed already.

All in all, a bad experience and I would not recommend the Cornell Farm Cafe. Any one of those things alone would have not been a big deal, but it seems like whoever ran and/or organized the event was over their head. Maybe they’re better during regular hours, but we won’t be trying them again.

Everytime there is a 45 min wait to be seated and 45 mins to wait to get your food
And a 90 minute limit per table
If you have plans for the day

They also have 4 empty tables sitting here dirty while lots of customers stay outside waiting to be seated ?

a bit of a wait for service and food but a nice place to go in the morning, a beautiful farm with chickens and tons of amazing plants and flowers, nice outdoor seating and cozy inside seating

Great food, great service and an onsite nursery (what more do you need?)… oh and they also serve beer & wine! We took our 8 month old and she was accommodated with a Scandinavian style high chair. The produce used to cook with is fresh and high quality. Get the ham benny and swap out the biscuit for sourdough!

It was suggested by some friends to go here for brunch. Excellent food. While we waited for our table we were able to browse through the nursery. We will definitely be back.
