Ice cream was nothing special in terms of flavor. I like the fact that it’s from grass fed cows and lots of vegan options. Employees not very personable.

This is the most comfortable place to hang out in in the Pearl. There’s furniture for kids. There’s leg room. There’s unlimited water that you can get yourself. And a wide variety of vegan (deliciously coconutty) and dairy flavors. Gluten free cones! I always think I will stick to dairy, but once I try stuff, I sometimes change my mind. Excellent quick service and folks are great at answering questions and making suggestions. Space for meeting up with multiple people.Dietary restrictions: There’s plenty of vegan, gluten free, and low FODMAP options.

I came to Cosmic bliss for a quick post dinner dessert with friends and was pleasantly surprised. Immediately after walking in, the ambience and decor stood out to me. It seemed like an upscale coffee shop turned into an ice cream parlour period the decorations and furniture was very well picked. The vibe was great for a chill time. The service from the workers was fantastic, they were able to accommodate any dietary restrictions and answer questions about the flavours. In regard to the ice cream itself, they were a plethora of options, including vegan and gluten-free. The portion sizes were very reasonable, especially in regards to the price. I ordered the chocolate cookie dough ice cream, and while it was a good tasting ice cream, it was not something extraordinary. To me, it was a good solid basic ice cream. Not overly creamy or flavourful.Overall, I think, Cosmic Bliss is a fantastic place to get a quick ice cream with many different options, including milkshakes and drinks. The vibe is great for a nice hangout spot with friends and I would certainly recommend this to others.Dietary restrictions: They know which flavors have alcohol or gelatin.

Dumbest hours ever. It’s a gorgeous sunny Sunday and they open at , I found out from google. But no hours posted on the building and not a peep inside. The inside is sterile and ugly. Was going to try them again, guess I’ll go to Ben and Jerry’s. Better atmosphere and friendlier service. Have been here once before. Wasn’t impressed with their bland ice cream.

My first time trying vegan ice cream, and I'm so happy it was here! It felt spacious being in the middle of Portland and overall comfortable for my friend and I to catch up. Loved the cherry. Highly recommend!

As someone with Celiac, to have an entire ice cream place that is dedicated gluten-free was a dream come true. Such a variety of unique flavors made for a delicious experience I'll never forget. The workers weren't stingy about letting me try a few samples of some particularly intriguing flavors and after my chocolate milkshake, I got a microdose scoop of the gooey pecan pie. It's good for me health and money-wise that I live in Seattle, because if I lived in Portland I'd be tempted to go here at least once or twice a week! Friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere were the metaphorical cherries on top. 100% recommended if you or someone you know happens to be gluten-free, especially if they have Celiac like I do.

These milkshakes are amazing. I had 2 to see which I liked better, and I only eat non-dairy ice cream from now on.

Incredibly palatable and allergen friendly dessert. They have gluten free waffle cones that are amazing. I think they actually taste better than the normal ones… they’re somehow crispy and chewy at the same time. The dairy free ice cream is super light and fluffy. Relative to most ice cream, this is a healthy treat.Dietary restrictions: Waffle cones and coconut ice cream are gluten free, dairy free, and soy free.
