I went there tonight and the staff was not accomdating AT All. I sat at a table outside for 10 minutes, there were several empty tables and the waitress was standing there talking to another coworker and never made eye contact once. I had to ask to be served and they said you have to go inside to order. "It's for my safety". How is going inside with many other people for my safety. The waitress has a mask on and should be taking orders like any other restaurant. They are lazy! And dont want to make it easier for the customers. I finally went inside and stood there for several minutes with no help. Dont waste your time coming here!
We have a breakfast, food was ok the entrance is strange because when you get in you are directly in the pub room wheee you can sit order and eat whereas the bar is at the back so you could not see it it is separate from the sitting room. The atmosphere is nice you can watch sport, the terrace is outside but no connection with the bar you have to go outside on the street in order to enjoy the terrace which is strange also. We enjoyed the place nevertheless !
Went here after a long drive from home and wanted a quick beer. Sat down at a table for 10 minutes and never had anyone ask if I wanted anything. Got up and walked to the bar and stood there for 5 more minutes. Guy in the kitchen wouldn’t acknowledge me. Another guy walked by me twice and didn’t even make eye contact. I just left. Never will go back.
I've been with crackerjacks thru two owners and feel that its a gem to find a dive this far west, but the kitchen is standard pub with nothing outstanding. The inside can get loud with office happy hour coming out of Montgomery Park. The patio is nice if you or someone your drinking with would care for a smoke.
Cool spot I've never been to before but I sure did have fun. I didnt order any food but the menu looked quite appetizing
Prices were a bit higher than expected, especially given that the restaurant side seems to be counter service. They were out of pizza ingredients on my visit but I did try a burger and it was excellent. The street tacos didn't meet the same expectation but the pork on then was pretty tasty on its own. Decent selection of drafts. The slow and confusing service would have been okay if the prices were a bit lower.
Best. Jello shots. In town. The food is always great, and the cocktails are spot on. Love this place!
Brunch menu is amazing! Open for brunch starting today. Check it out!
This place offers only one burger and it is enough because it is the best burger in town. Grass fed beef that melts in your mouth and just the right amount of toppings. The tots are also the best I've had and they make their own bleu cheese dressing for dipping. My friend always gets the wedge salad and it looks fantastic. The staff are really nice. We always eat in the dining area which is comfortable, quiet and mostly have it to ourselves since the bulk of people hang in the bar section or patio. The food and service is consistently excellent.
At first, the service was prompt. At first. After we ordered we couldn't have gotten any service to save our lives. The food was decent enough but with mediocre menu options you had better have some awesome service. But nah. Not at this place. My husband didn't want me to leave a tip. I did anyway. But...I hesitated.

Went here to try the jello shots after someone told us about the place. Jello shots were great. The place was real busy and there was only one bartender/waitress working so the service was slow. Wasnt the bartender’s fault.
Awesome dive bar on the edge of Forrest Park.
Good place to eat and the people are real nice
Suprisingly good! When I first walked in after seeing what it looked like I was prepared for a typical bar burger. I ordered the standard and it was a damn fine burger. Puts Five Guys to shame. I would definitely come back with friends, seems like a great low key hang.
I like having a bar in this part of the neighborhood , the staff is nice, and the pool table is a plus, but there are often homeless people hanging out there. Last time I was there they literally had to drag a guy out because he was asleep at the bar and he kept falling over, and the guy next to him smelled terrible. Beer selection is pretty mediocre.
