Cool vibes, friendly staff good coffee, but obnoxiously upcharges $1 for oatmilk no matter the size drink--even for a 5 oz cap, which is a tiny amount of oatmilk--which just profiteers off people who are lactose intolerant or vegan.
Crema consistently delivers when it comes to their food offerings. The coffee is hit or miss but what’s pretty consistent is the unfriendly service. I know they’re busy and handling long lines but to be received by a less than friendly cashier and barista after waiting 15+ minutes to be served guarantees I will head over to Dear Sandy or Neigbours Coffee where the coffee and the service is always five stars. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.
I am conflicted because there's a lot I adore about Crema. Truly, some of the best pastry case options, stellar coffee and drink selection, great location, love the outdoor seating. We come here frequently.
But the service is chaotic to say the least.
There's always a line and that's fabulous for the business, but the process between the employees doesn't seem streamlined.
