Honestly the food was very subpar for the cost. Chick was dry and crumbly, dressing wasn't very flavorful. Service was good

Seems like the prices went up, like everywhere, and the quality, choices, and amounts have gone down.

We ordered delivery from Crisp tonight. I was starving, and a few bites in before I noticed a strange fishy flavor. I checked their menu online, praying they had something on the menu that might have accidentally gotten mixed in and account for the taste, but they seem to no longer have any seafood products. Now I get to wait around for the next couple days and wonder if food poisoning will emerge. I will absolutely never order from Crisp again.

So many healthy options. Consider pumpkin seeds and black beans.
Vegetarian options: Lots of plant protein options like chickpeas, beans, pumpkin seeds etc.

Insulting tiny portions. Mostly not even tasty nor healthy. The owner cuts a bunch of corners to make a buck. Rude children employees who I’m sure are being taken advantage of. Weird industrial style space. Seriously, don’t support this place! The Celery one block north is so much better, as are most options.

I waited almost a full 5 minutes at the counter before either of the two girls (7/29/24) working even made eye contact with me - and then I still had to ask about my order before they could say anything. I don't know if that's a lack of social skills, or being overworked, or a management issue in general, but all in all, kind of a let down of an experience.

What a joke. I stood around with three other people waiting to be severed and no one even acknowledged we were in the restaurant. Finally a lady asked how long just to order and we were told another 15 or 20 min.....Awful customer service. I will never go back.

Do not go in person. I just waited 20 minutes in line and they were not taking any in person orders. And they didn’t tell anyone. So we all were just waiting as they kept making more salads and not telling us. Total waste of my time.

This place is just so bad compared to the excellent restaurants around it. You could order a side salad from one of those restaurants for less money and more flavor. I was really hoping to have a healthy option for lunch (and I would be an excellent customer since I live so close), but the Greek salad had almost no feta, unseasoned chicken, greens taste off, and the dressing is disgustingy thick (like soft peak stage of mixing cream thick. It's bizarre). Probably won't be back.

Good salad but bummed they got rid of kale, it’s a deal breaker for my partner.
Strangest customer service I have ever experienced. The employee was so unhelpful and incapable of explaining things that I wondered if I was on candid camera.
Love this spot.
