Frustrating Stereotyping Experience as a Mexican American Man.I’ve been to this establishment over a dozen times.Entering Crisp should be a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, my visits are often tainted by a recurring stereotype. Each time I walk in, I’m greeted with the assumption that I’m there to pick up a DoorDash order. This constant misjudgment leaves me feeling out of place and misunderstood as a customer. It’s disheartening to be instantly categorized based on superficial assumptions. As someone who frequents this establishment for various reasons – whether it’s to dine in, order takeout, or simply enjoy the ambiance – being automatically labeled as a delivery driver is both frustrating and alienating. Moreover, this stereotype reflects a broader issue of unconscious bias that pervades our society. By presuming that I’m only there to pick up food for someone else, the staff overlooks the diversity of their clientele and perpetuates harmful stereotypes. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the frequency of this occurrence suggests a systemic problem within the establishment. It’s essential for businesses to foster an inclusive environment where all customers feel welcomed and valued, regardless of their appearance or occupation. In my experience at Crisp is overshadowed by the persistent stereotype that I’m there solely to pick up a DoorDash order. This not only undermines my sense of belonging but also highlights the need for greater awareness and sensitivity to diverse customer experiences.

Watch carefully as they ring things up, because they overcharge. Could be an honest mistake, but the employee was also curt, and cold. I was the only person who elected to dine in, and I’m pretty sure it’s because of the atmosphere. Might be nicer with the door open, come summer.

People say Crisp is expensive, but if you yourself purchased all the ingredients they have to add to your salad you could spend 80 bucks easy...just something to think about...unless you eat salads everyday.

The employee was so rude, short tempered, and just impatient. He didn't explain anything and was annoyed I didn't know. He also forgot multiple things and for a very expensive salad it was not worth it at all.First and last time I go here.

When I order a $20 salad I expect it to blow my socks off. It didn’t. Came in a small to-go bowl and was as good as any other salad Cobb salad I’ve had… I’d even argue they went light on the protein.

The atmosphere isn't especially inviting, and the salads are lacking something (flavor, maybe). I couldn't tell you why - the pieces are all there, but they don't quite add up. And their drink selection is poor. Friendly staff, though!

The salads were very fresh and absolutely gigantic! You could build your own salad or choose from a variety of their options. I got the vegan Emma's detox salad and it was great.Vegetarian options: They have clearly labeled vegan and vegetarian salads. They even have vegan ranch dressing which is nice.

This location is bigger and better than the division one! Salads are BOMB, and the service is even better!! Peach & Chloe are great workers- so friendly, prompt, and professional.I only planned on eating a small portion before heading out , but i ended up demolishing it before I left ? will definitely be coming back to this location!!

Crisp is the BEST! I've never had a less than 5 star experience. The food is so fresh and healthy, and the staff are great too. Have had dine-in, take out and catering and always top notch.

Great selection of salads made fresh to order. Ordering on the app is quick and easy, and can be scheduled for when you want to pick it up.

Drove over on my lunch break with an email for a $6 bean bowl. Was told it was only going on for two days. The emailed stated no dates and they didn't even bat an eye that I had just drove all the way for that.

Fresh, healthy, delicious salads, wraps and soup that can be customized to your taste. Love the potato soup currently on the menu, and the chocolate cookie (I think their both vegan).
