$20 for a salad wrap is insane. Couldn't taste the dressing or toppings. Could only taste raw tortilla. Truly one of the most disappointing meals of my life. On paper, this place isn't THAT different from Garden Monsters. In practice though, the experience couldn't be more different. Friendly, if distracted/confused service.

Great salads and hot bowls! I had the Greek salad and a few others I was with ordered salad wraps and a hot bowl. The hot bowl looked tasty: a lady I was with "made her own" with brown rice, vegetables and then she added the Thai soup on it. She said it was delicious. I recommend getting at least a protein with the salad as it is was not very filling. Very kind staff. It took 10 minutes to receive all 5 orders, so the service was fast.

For a $25 salad, one would think at least the order would be correct. It seems the add-ons I paid for were in short supply and they completely forgot the chicken. Even with the chicken, the salad would not have been worth the $25. Great concept. Poor execution.

Submitted a pick-up Order for 2- San Pancho salads 1/21/2024 extra dressing and a 1-Thai curry soup. When I got home the salad had NO tortilla chips which is said to come in this particular salad, I wasn’t informed that they were out or offered a substitution (best part of the salad), in addition the Thai curry soup had a piece of plastic that honestly at first glance looked like someone’s finger nail. Certainly Not happy with this experience due to the quality control/presentation & and the missing tortilla chips.

I feel really lucky to have this Crisp in my neighborhood. It can be difficult to eat healthy on the go, and often I don't have the time or the will to chop up a lot of vegetables, so Crisp is a godsend. You know how disappointing it is to go to a grocery store salad bar and find a picked over selection and wilted greens? Not at Crisp! I can always get my favorite add ons there like pickled onion, beets, yams, broccoli, chic peas, etc. etc. and I can count on it to be fresh. I always order the make your own option, service is fast and friendly.

Ok seriously the best salad I have had in a LONG time! I always make my ceasar salads at home because most restaurants don’t have good meat to salad ratio and omg this hit the spot!!! So tasty the bacon and chicken complement the sauce amazing! Great jobs guys will be ordering from you for now on!!!!Dietary restrictions: Great choices online!

They are so friendly and their ingredients taste fresh and high quality. I also liked the many salad ingredient offerings and that they also offer soups, which were also delicious.

Great salads, with both on-the-menu and make-your-own options. Good side soups as well.

We've had a big order delivered to our office a couple of times and it's always easy to order, fresh, delicious, and on time. We'll definitely order again.

My bowl was $15. That tiny piece of chicken you see in the photo? That was $4 to add and I can count on two hands the number of pieces that are in my salad. And yes, the pieces are all that small. The toppings in general are so few it’s sad. There truly is no point in going here to get a salad when you can go to Trader Joe’s and get a comparable one for around $5. Or even chipotle and get their salad for like $9 and you’ll actually get your moneys worth. I essentially paid $15 for a bowl of spring mix. Which hey, I get I ordered a salad, but for you guys to skimp out this much when it comes to the free toppings as well as the chicken that you’re charging an additional$4 for, I feel like I was conned. First and last time I’m going here.
