Ah, I thought I had written a review re here before, I should have!! Manager and staff are always helpful and professional, the cookies are always fresh and tasty! And they've gone above and beyond for me! I hear a lot of Crumbl-hate, but that's not my experience at all, at least this location seems quite on it!

Needs to change their protocol on when they stop accepting orders. I received a request for an Uber pick up about 5 to 10 minutes before closing. However, there was no way for me to safely arrive at the place before closing.
Normally, you are able to pick up slightly after closing as long as the order was being made before closing (I understand they make them fresh, yet I was only 6 minutes away and the cookies have always been ready for me no more than 5 minutes of me arriving to any Crumbl, and were always ready as soon as I arrived during a non-busy time period, which it was a non-busy period. Also, I arrived only a minute after closing). The location said they accept orders until closing, but unless you’re able to be there in supersonic speed, they won’t even serve you. I’ve had pick ups from this location before with no issue. It sucks that this time around was different.
Either third party drivers need to stop taking orders from this location just before closing or Crumbl needs to change it so that requests are not able to go through less than 10 minutes before closing, as is the case in many restaurants. That way, it guarantees the customer is able to order before closing and gets their food, while also saving the driver any frustration.
I will still pick up from this location (I’ve had many great experiences picking up from this location and they are usually very efficient), but I WON’T waste my time picking up from them after 9:45 PM moving forward.
