Only takeout banh mi pork lemongrass. Delicious ingredients and the banh mi bread was soooo tasty and the perfect texture. The lemongrass pork was a bit too sweet but perfectly juicy and flavorful. Will definitely need to try the other menu items. Just wish it opened weekends too.

No vegan pho. They no longer offer a non-meat broth on their menu. The photos here show a menu with vegan pho. Their actual website menu link is broken. I just want to let others know, not sure how to review without affecting star rating.

LOVE this spot for a quick lunch bite. The staff is always smiling and helpful and the steaming hot bowls of pho come out quick! No frills just great deep flavor broth and tasty meats. Also try the lettuce wraps they have.

This is absolutely my favorite pho place in pdx by far. The food is always delicious but most importantly, it tastes clean and fresh. This family run business is attentive to orders, prompt on delivery, and always brightens my day walking out of there. Unfortunately it looks like it’s closed because of the parking structure but I assure you it is open and in full swing.

Super clean, super nice people, and great tasting food :) the pork belly for the vermicelli bowl is really good and so is the pho. Hope this place stays around for a long time!

Consistent and always delicious. Might be the best beef meatball I've ever had (in the Beef Pho). The bun (dry vermicelli noodles) with the grilled shrimp and lemongrass pork is perfect. Service is great! Can't recommend this place more. Best Vietnamese food in Downtown!

I'm a pho lover. Have been my whole life. Pho before Winterhawks games in the 80s. Cuon has become one of my top 3 in Portland. In the age of inflation they are working to be reasonable and most importantly keeping quality. That is a hard balance for restaurants right now. Its Winter. Downtown? Get a bowl of Pho and a Roll (any of theirs are great) ask which sauce they suggest (I am fond of the Tamarind). Watch the shoppers and enjoy the comfort of a warm Pho and grey winter. Life doesn't get much better.

Made another special trip today!I was craving salad rolls, & had a traumatic experience elsewhere yesterday so today I knew it was time to go to Cuon!I still wholeheartedly love this spot & today was the first time I had ever ordered online via their website for in store pick up. The entire process was SEAMLESS and they even send you a text message when your order is officially ready for pick up. Excellent use of technology and the online prices match the in store prices. I absolutely love this!My partner has never really had salad/spring rolls or any Vietnamese food before so I brought him home 2 different rolls and some crispy pork belly. We both loved every bite and I'm drooling while writing this 3rd review. Seriously, seriously SO GOOD.As a years long customer, I realized today that the front of house folks have been the same couple people for a very long time. That alone speaks volumes to how the business is ran and how people are treated. This makes me happy in a way that's difficult to explain with words.Thank you again Cuon! You're STILL killing it!

Idk why but I was a little disappointed based off all the reviews and photos. It was solid but nothing mind blowing and for some reason everything got cold super quick (everyone in my party agreed). I would come back for the fresh spring rolls tho, those were amazing - and great price too (4 decent sized ones for 14)

I love coming here for really good Vietnamese food when I don't feel like driving out to 82nd. It's counter service so it's good for a quick lunch downtown. The spring rolls are gigantic and well balanced with protein, noodles, and veg-- and you get to choose your dipping sauce. The rice plate is hearty and the crispy pork belly is fantastic. Juicy and flavorful with crackling skin. I actually haven't had the pho here yet but I will soon and I'm sure it's good, as most other ppl there seemed to be enjoying it!

YUM! Usually I procrastinate to write reviews but this time I'm writing reviews while I'm eating my meal here. Probably even my favorite Vietnamese dish in the states. If you're not looking for some fancy restaurants, you need to come give it a

If you're in downtown Portland and need a break from shopping, this is the place to be. It's super close to places like Muji, Zara, and Pioneer Place -- to name a few. There's a good amount of seating, and it's a nice change of pace from the city. It's very low-key inside and a great place to eat alone or with a few friends. The staff is super friendly and helpful when choosing what to order. My friends and I didn't have to wait too long either for our food which was great since we were starving! There are a few parking garages nearby and street pay to park near the restaurant. The spring rolls as an appetizer are a must! They're SO good, especially their tempura. It's light and crispy. It was the perfect snack before our meal. Cuốn is a little pricier than your average pho shop, but considering you're in the city and the amount of food they give you, you won't be complaining. The pho was also very clean tasting and some of the best broth I've had from a pho place. We were all full AND satisfied by the end of the meal. I had a great experience here, and I will be coming back for more!
