I tried the Gianduja Hot Chocolate (made with Willamette Valley hazelnuts, Haitian cacao, vanilla, and sea salt). The flavor wasn’t quite what I was expecting, and it didn’t have the rich, thick texture I usually associate with something like Spanish churros con chocolate. The staff offered samples, which was nice — it might be even more convenient in the future if the samples were placed on the counter for customers to self-serve.
Best chocolate made locally in pdx. The owner is a gem. Went to the new location today and it's beautiful. Can't wait for them to start doing their chocolate bar classes again. Passionfruit bar was to die for.
We popped in the new location yesterday for the first time and it was an amazing experience for me, but really my two kiddos!
