Very much home cooked style food- not restaurant style. Amazing host. Seems like this is the only indian place that is open for breakfast. Will 100% visit again

Fantastic “new” vegetarian option in Bethany. Always been a fan of Dabba- even more so now that it’s vegetarian. Also phenomenal that they open for 8.30AM breakfast.
I would highly recommend the Plain / Masala Dosa/sambar and samosa+chutney we tried so far. Both are 10/10.
Hope to be back regularly. Many thanks to the kind gentleman chef who takes our walk in orders!

The fresh baked flat bread, briyanni, excellent. The wonderful smell alone draws you in from the sidewalk.
Two counter seats plus a lot of covered outside seating.
The menu is Southern vegetarian. The chai tea was delicious. The mango lassi was tangy and perfectly sweet.
Wonderful experience

We were distraught when Dabba took a break between Jan-Apr. We are so thrilled that they reopened in May, with an updated menu that offers breakfast + lunch + dinner!
Their breakfast is so homely and hits the spot on a lazy weekend!

Tried to order from them... says they are open. They never accepted our order. We even drove to the location but everything was shut down and lights are off. Would not recommend the gamble of this place.

Our friend ordered the Kerala fish fry for our Portland visit, as we are from Kerala . I must say I loved tasting this dish in the PNW after a long time, and Indian fish lovers would finally get to scratch an itch for Karimeen fry in the US. Thanks Dabba Kitchen and boldly take on more South Indian dishes to your menu. We’ll love it.

I generally do not order Indian food from here, but I thought of trying out their samosas. I was quite disappointed with the way it was cooked. From outside, it was nice and crispy, but from inside, most of the samosa was uncooked. I just couldn't eat them, and each samosa cost is $3, which is almost twice the cost of some of the better ones available in other places. I wouldn't be trying here again.

Got Paneer pakora, Gobi Manchurian and chicken Tikka kebabs. All were cooked to perfection. Chicken was juicy and had spiced great.
Never got disappointed.

Flavor is good but I paid $17 for the chicken tikka masala on DoorDash and was not worth the money. The portion was small and some of the “chicken” was actually only cartilage. The bell peppers were barely cooked, maybe not at all. Won’t be ordering here again.
I'm at Dabba at least twice a week for the Tandoori chicken. It is absolutely delicious!!
