Tried to order from them... says they are open. They never accepted our order. We even drove to the location but everything was shut down and lights are off. Would not recommend the gamble of this place.

Our friend ordered the Kerala fish fry for our Portland visit, as we are from Kerala . I must say I loved tasting this dish in the PNW after a long time, and Indian fish lovers would finally get to scratch an itch for Karimeen fry in the US. Thanks Dabba Kitchen and boldly take on more South Indian dishes to your menu. We’ll love it.

I generally do not order Indian food from here, but I thought of trying out their samosas. I was quite disappointed with the way it was cooked. From outside, it was nice and crispy, but from inside, most of the samosa was uncooked. I just couldn't eat them, and each samosa cost is $3, which is almost twice the cost of some of the better ones available in other places. I wouldn't be trying here again.

Got Paneer pakora, Gobi Manchurian and chicken Tikka kebabs. All were cooked to perfection. Chicken was juicy and had spiced great.
Never got disappointed.

Flavor is good but I paid $17 for the chicken tikka masala on DoorDash and was not worth the money. The portion was small and some of the “chicken” was actually only cartilage. The bell peppers were barely cooked, maybe not at all. Won’t be ordering here again.
I'm at Dabba at least twice a week for the Tandoori chicken. It is absolutely delicious!!

Dabba's food is absolutely the best Indian food that we've had in Portland. The quality is consistently excellent. The staff are always friendly. And the prices are very reasonable. We have eaten food from this restaurant at least 20 times and look forward to the next 20+.

It is, unfortunately, time to update this review. It used to be easy to give Dabba 5 stars as they had quality food and service. That has since changed. Not sure what happened, but the quality of food has taken a sharp decline in quality, and the service seems to have dropped with it.The last 3 times we got dabba. They messed up our order. Forgetting entire meals on orders placed online and providing undercooked items. We called every time, but only 1 of the 3 times did they replace the orders we never got in the first place. The food we got was not good. They somehow managed to turn samosas into undercooked gushers. No, I'm not exaggerating. Nobody should be biting into samosa to find mostly liquid across multiple orders. The spice levels are all out of wack. It doesn't matter if we order Spicy or Medium. The food was never beyond the mildest of heat levels.I really hope that whatever is going on at this restaurant gets fixed as this is not a place I would recommend to anyone at the moment.

My husband and I LOVE this restaurant. Since moving to the Bethany area 2 years ago, we have eaten here, on average, about once a week. It was that good (and cost efficient)!!That said, in recent months, the prices have increased exponentially, and the hours are inconsistent. It used to not be a big deal that you had to actually order and pay for rice separately, but with the prices of everything going up, it kindof feels like a ripoff :(. We went from paying around $35 per order to nearly $50 for the exact same meal. That said, the chicken is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. We really loved this place.
