First time inside. Stopped in for lunch and ordered a turkey sandwich. The cashier was friendly and the sandwich was delicious. Probably was of the best I've tasted. The music playing was old school jams slow and upbeat.

This is a great place to grab a coffee and maybe something else when you are going to OHSU or in the area. Service is fast and friendly, even though it's very busy. You may need to find a table in the OHSU lobby next door, or outside, when it's busy.

Nice place to grab a bite on your way up to OHSU. I love that they have healthful choices.

Lily is literally the greatest manager of all time, so delightful to be in the presence of & she’s a rockstar at her position.

Additionally, the 2 wonderful humans Hannah + Charlotte at the little side cafe when you 1st walk in to CHH called ‘Coffee Bar at the Tram’ are like barista angels. They bring a light & a soul to OHSU that is so very wonderful & appreciated by all. Try the fancy poptarts, they’re ?

Always fun choices for specials. Always friendly. Very small and busy during lunch but never a long wait. Decent prices. Going to OHSU for an appointment? Definitely grab breakfast or lunch here! Food is always tasty, fresh.

Wheelchair accessibility: A bit tight for wheelchairs but I’ve been in there several times with one and you can make it work.

This may be PDX best kept secret as far as affordable great tasting food with a welcoming atmosphere and a staff second to none. My wife and I are refugees from L.A. now living in Texas coming to Oregon every month for my wife’s trial at OSHU.Since we have been coming we have always been treated with respect and love. It might be the secret ingredient in their food. I can only say this is our absolute go to when in PDX. I really should not share about this hot spot as it will only push higher traffic through the doors.Always a bright spot in our day. And only wish y’all were located in Texas. FYI the salsa is one of the best I have ever had. The coffee supreme and the cookies absolute heaven. The menu changes as regularly as the fresh food served here. And the friendships made have felt priceless. Thank you for staying consistent and continuing on making really good meals and memories for us both.

One of the best eateries in the OHSU waterfront area. Their specials are amazing, their baked goods are made fresh everyday and extremely tasty, their prices are very reasonable, soup and sandwiches are good (I've had their turkey sandwich many times), and their staff are very friendly, kind, professional, and on top of things. I've never had a bad experience here, and eaten here many times. They're always happy to see you, and you can tell they feed lots of comfort food to tired students, doctors, nurses, patients, and other staff. Just a great place, and if you're down by the Tram, do stop in and get something, as it's well worth it. It can be a bit busy around noon, so best time to come in is before or after the lunch rush. However even if there's a line, their staff is so on top of things that the line moves very fast, so it's hardly a wait at all. If you want a good breakfast, I recommend the Tram Eggs. Don't forget to ask for a side of jam and butter for your toast. They make their jam in house, and Idk if they add a splash of wine to it or what, but it tastes amazing.
