The a.t.m. NEVER has cash in it! I've tried using the a.t.m. here on 3 different occasions and every time, no money. Which my bank reads as fraud, then shuts my bank card off. The bartender told me that the owner just doesn't put money in the ATM, so why even have one in there? Maybe put a sign on it saying "not in order" or something
